Bought as a birthday present for my Dad. He was very pleased with quality and fit of dressing gown.

Love the colour but disappointed
Love the colour. Rinsed it through before wearing. Tumbled it dry. It’s shredding and I have to sweep the floor after wearing.Also a lot of the sewing threads are coming off. Disappointing. However absorbency is good. Mrs L.

This is disgusting service
This is disgusting service. They have stolen my money. 3 weeks and counting and bath robes have not been delivered. The thistle company refuse to answer any emails or the live chat so I have accepted that they have stolen my money. Stay away from them unless you want your money stolen too.

Dreadful communication
Immediately after I ordered this product I tried to contact the company to change the delivery address as it was to be sent to my son. I sent email after email and tried the "chat" several times but with no response. I wouldn't risk buying again from this company in case I needed to return the product - which needs to be arranged by email!
