Lovely robe

Lovely robe, arrived quickly. Packaged beautifully, great for getting out of shower and slinging on to dry, especially when it's been warmed on a radiator!

My bathrobe has never arrived

My bathrobe has never arrived. It took 3 emails to get a response acknowledgment from customer service requesting I allowed them 48hrs to investigate. I've waited 96hrs and still no response or refund.

I ordered a dressing gown as a…

I ordered a dressing gown as a Christmas present on 1st December which I had a message to say had been dispatched the following day. However I have still not received my item. I have left messages on chat and by email and both have been ignored, I just keep getting messages to review the item and how they did on Trustpilot so here you go!
