I am still in the process of completing a project with them, but so far, their customer service has been awesome. Great software, Great freelancers, quick and efficient communication and response. the system is extremely difficult to understand. There is no one I can speak to directly, and have to send emails. While they are quick to respond, I do not understand the instructions provided in the emails, and no amount of asking questions have allowed me to achieve the results I want to achieve with my books. I have multiple books in process, and none finished due to this difficulty.
