Managed Program Review
We are using the managed program for our books and our manager, Nkuli Kubheka, is awesome!! She is always on top of her game and steps in when help is needed or questions need to be answered.
Also, we were able to have input on our Ghostwriter when our project began and Nkuli helped us find the PERFECT writer for our books. We couldn't be happier.
One of the aspects that we are most appreciative of is that we are always kept informed each step along the way and our feedback is welcome. The writer, the QC and QA folks are very professional and very talented.

How not to function as a ghostwriting company!
I started learning about publishing at Publishing/com in September, 2023. TUW.com was highly recommended by them.
I started 4 small books and all bombed for various reasons. All along I was tinkering with a real book and about January, 2024 I delved into it full time.
It is titled ‘Building Relationships’. I got The Urban Writers Group (Dibbly/com) to Ghostwrite the book after I built a large outline for them. They trimmed it down to a manageable size and did a fine job on it. They sent me the final documents by the end of April and early May.
Then I went to work looking into advertising, gifting and just promoting the book. A few weeks and I was ready to publish.
I sent the eBook first. Amazon promptly rejected it with many errors. Many spelling errors I had not seen on my files I scanned from Dibbly/com and two Amazon errors that I’ve never figured out (E21027 and E21017) about opt files. DIBBLY/com identified their spelling errors but finally stopped responding to me. The page count is way off. By ignoring the errors I finally got it onto Amazon with my pen name ‘Allen Lee Christian’ .
Amazon promptly reissued the book with their own cover. Now I had the same book out there for .99 and 7.99. Well I might as well try the paperback but Amazon said I didn’t have enough pixels at (1200 x 600) in my browser. I haven’t figured this out either but after repeated tries I used the Hardback cover and it got around the pixels. I purchased proof set with this. It was a disaster. The cover didn't fit and it had the wrong page count too.
I would like to get my money back from Dibbly/com because they botched my book's deliverables so badly. TUW/com issued the Copyright certificate to me when Dibbly/com finished the project.
I have turned my writing over to another ghostwriting company, but they want me to pay again for what I paid Dibbly/com to do.

Urban Writers
Urban Writers has been such a good investment for myself. I learned stuff I never knew or completely forgot about in writing, and meeting the different freelancers with different Niches to tackle the project was really cool. I'll definitely choose this platform again for my next book.

This company does not meet deadlines…
This company does not meet deadlines before signing up and paying thousands of dollars to get my project started in the beginning of June I told them I would need the project compete (32 pages only 16 illustrations ) by the end of the month they assured me (before taking my money ) that this was possible which is the only reason I went ahead trusting this company to move forward mid July now after several inferior illustrations they are scrapping the terrible artist and now asking for another extension for “weeks” to go back to the drawing board run do not walk away from this terrible company

Original writer never completed the…
Original writer never completed the project. After several back and forth with TUW a new writer was selected to finish the project, which completed the project almost 8 months later. When it was time to do book cover, I was advised that because the original project was fulfilled under another name I had to repay.
