Very easy to deal with and very helpful…
Very easy to deal with and very helpful staff. I was late ordering and they still delivered within a week. Kevin the delivery driver was really helpful and conscientious, he had a big lorry and a small access road to site and he delivered without any issues.

I ordered three Heatmiser…
I ordered three Heatmiser thermostat/controller units last Thursday. I received an immediate acknowledgement of the order, but the promised notification of despatch failed to arrive, and the courier (APC Overnight) also failed to communicate an ETA to us. We found the package (containing goods worth approximately £300) sitting outside the front door of our flat when we returned from a shopping trip! Very pleased with the quality of the units purchased, but disappointed with the communication failures.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. it looks like our system failed to send the email that the order was on its way.
and we apologize for this, but we do this as a backup to the APC systems only, to try and minimize these issues.
As for not receiving the email and SMS from the APC network, we have taken this up with them asking why. as all the details were added to their system.
So we can only apologize for the inconvenience and issues caused.

Upon investigating your order, I see notes on your account that there were damaged items and awaiting Photos, these images only got sent to us Friday 15/09/23 after we closed. From other notes, I can see that the wrong email had been used previously to send these for this issue.
we have now corrected this issue after seeing the photos monday morning and the damaged items will be replaced on Wednesday 20/09/23.
it's our policy that we can't do anything regarding damaged products unless there are photos to back this up.
we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue.
