Super customer service
Everything arrived impeccably.
We were missing one of the accessories and the team were quick to resolve and sent it on to us.
Particularly liked the fact they explained about 2 parcels, and will arrive different days.
Nothing seemed too much for them.
They were also delighted to hear that our son loved the pushchair and were very genuine. Highly recommend.

I was a little reluctant to order at…
I was a little reluctant to order at first as I hadn’t heard about The Travel Buggy Company before but I needn’t have been. Everything was processed quickly and I was fully informed about my order. My order was shipped and delivered when stated. I am and my daughter is very happy with the buggy.

Genuine Care and Fast Help
I just want to say how impressed I am with The Travel Buggy Company, they really go above and beyond.
I had a problem with my order not arriving, which ended up being the courier’s fault. It was pretty stressful because the item was urgently needed for my profoundly autistic son, who was in crisis behaviors leaving us unable to leave the house.
I emailed the company to let them know, and they got back to me straight away. They were really understanding and kind, and they sent out a replacement right away to avoid any further delay. They kept me updated the whole time, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers and the kids they support.
Their support made this tough situation a lot easier, and I’m so grateful for that.

They were very helpful, considering I had to return the buggy as my non-verbal autistic daughter smells everything before attempting to use eat or wear, but this gorgeous buggy she wouldn’t take too.

Missing item, resolved quickly friendly service…
Had an issue with a accidental missing item in my order and a miscommunication part on my end, the customer service was very understanding, helpful and friendly, my issue was resolved quickly with the missing item being sent out on next day delivery.
All the items are high quality the buggy comes assembled so no trying to figure it out which is such a time saver, thank you :)

Really happy with the customer service
We had a mess up on delivery (delivery companies issue) and only received half the order. I called the TBC helpline and talked to a lovely man who said he would chase it up for me. He then kept checking in and kept me updated. They arranged for the missing part of my order to be sent out before they had received the lost one back. This was excellent customer service and I was more than satisfied. My son loves the buggy and I’m so glad I gave this company a chance :)

Excellent communication fast delivery and outstanding quality. Very impressed my son aged 8 (ASD, ADHD and LD) absolutely loves the push chair it gives him security and escape from busy environments.

Review of the Excel Elise Travel Buggy – Special Needs Pushchair
I’m honestly disappointed and quite drained after purchasing the Excel Elise Travel Buggy for my autistic son, who has mobility challenges. I chose this buggy hoping it would offer safety and support, but unfortunately, it has fallen short in a few crucial areas.
One major issue is the harness buckle. Despite being marketed for children with special needs, my son is able to press the release button with ease and unbuckle himself on multiple occasions. This is not only frustrating but also unsafe, especially when we’re out and about.
Additionally, the accessories I purchased alongside the buggy – particularly the sun shade – have been a letdown. It is poorly secured and gets blown off by the wind very easily, which makes it unreliable and adds unnecessary stress during use.
Another ongoing issue is the buggy's manoeuvrability. The wheels often twist and lock in awkward positions, making it difficult to steer smoothly. This becomes especially challenging when navigating tight spaces or uneven surfaces. For something marketed as a travel buggy, I expected far better handling.
For a product designed for children with additional needs, I expected a much higher standard of safety and practicality. I hope improvements are made for future versions.

Recently purchased a buggy for my Autistic son, ordered at almost midnight on the 20th May, turned up at 9.30am 22nd May, both me and my son are impressed, good quality products, and super fast delivery, thank you so much will definitely be back if I need any extras

Had the buggy a week now and have been able to use it, pushes easily, folds up lovely, lots of space and very roomy for my son, he doesnt want to get out of it (he's almost non verble) so I'm going to take that as its extremely comfortable,
