Absolutely no communication email or texts regarding delivery times or hidden import fees. Two missed deliveries. Very unhappy would like more transparency

I have had an extremely disappointing experience, to say the least. I attempted to purchase a Louis Vuitton Artsy MM Damier handbag. The product images and descriptions were entirely inaccurate. The item description indicated that the bag was in good condition with minor discoloration; however, the bag I received was completely yellow. Furthermore, the stitching was noticeably uneven. Notably, there was no date code heat-stamped into the right pocket, nor was there a leather date code sewn into the zipper pocket. These omissions immediately suggested that the bag was not authentic. Upon bringing these issues to the seller's attention and requesting verification of the bag's authenticity, I was asked to provide photographs and informed that they had no documentation to confirm the bag's legitimacy. I received the bag on January 10, and nine days later, on January 19, I was requested to return the bag to their fraud department for 'confirmation' of its inauthenticity prior to receiving a refund. I find it peculiar that if they had taken this step initially, this situation could have been avoided. In a gesture of goodwill, they offered a $25 discount as a token of apology. However, this gesture notwithstanding, I would not consider purchasing from this seller again.

My order never shipped

One of my orders was completely lost, box came damaged and it looked like multiple items had fallen out of it, and severely delayed still not sure if even all of the items are going to make it. The other order was supposed to ship early last week and has yet to do so.

Never sell anything to The Real Real because they pay you very little money and then charge you fake fees. When you call them they ignore you. This is a terrible site.

The shoes are exactly as described. Only thing is when the site says the shoes come with bag and box, it meant a shipping box not a shoe box.

Shipping was quick. I was surprised how quick my order got to me. I loved my shoes and they were exactly as described.

It was shipped the next day and arrived in Germany on the third day. Then it took a week in Germany and paid 19% of the tax.
