Unfortunately whoever decided to package my $300.00 dollar collar necklace didn't pay attention to the fact that this piece has a curved, shaped through-bar that cannot be bent. My necklace was forced folded into 3 bends in tissue and stuffed into a small pouch for studs, then smashed into bubble wrap. This caused kinks and bends that needs professional repairs. This necklace went from "excellent" condition to "damaged/ as is" condition because this person couldn't be bothered to use a box that probably cost .50 cents. Beyond disappointing.

Items purchased have decreased in quality. A recent purchase of LV sunglasses had a security tag attached from the store. I can only assume that these were stolen. I cannot believe that TRR would then sell these glasses to someone. I returned them. TRR gave me 80% refund on my CC and 20% in store credit, despite me asking for a full refund.
I used to consign items with them, but they would sell my items for pennies, give me 10% of those pennies, then resale the item for more than what they cost brand new. It's no wonder their business is failing.

Description was accurate. Shipment was very quick. I can't wait to give the item to the bride!

The coat that I was anxiously awaiting it smelled like cigarette smoke. So indeed, I had to return it I think this could’ve been prevented

They sent a watch that doesn’t work. Then they told me to go get an invoice from a repair shop. It was such a frustrating experience. I’m extremely busy—who’s going to compensate me for all that time and effort? This is ridiculous.

Very dissatisfied with my purchase the chain that came with my pendant was so filmsy and a piece of garbage at that price I would have expected more 🙂 now I have to buy a chain and spend more money. I will not be shopping again with you again

The service at TRR in summit is excellent. The ambience is warm and welcoming. Everyone there is an expert and very efficient in what they do. I am always taken care off professionally and yet made to feel very comfortable.

Would have given it 5 stars, but I'm trusting the authenticity of the item even though the tag looks very generic and only tacked on by 2 corners. Stains on the item were also not shown in the photos. It was my first time ordering and I'm not sure with the questions I have about it and having to trust a dry cleaner to clean it, would I order again.

The agent did not help. I was instructed by ups to get a power of attorney from real real. That was not given to me so i was unable to retrieve my shipment
