Natural Disasters can be such a bother!
The only problem I've had was dealing with the aftermath of 3 hurricanes and a multitude of wild fires. That caused a severe shortage of product for those who had ordered. I'm not saying it is Ready Store's fault as I'm sure they didn't have anything to do with all the disasters, but just a little frustrating on the buyers end. I did voice my concerns with one of their staff, and they jumped right to filling my oldest order (45 days), and made me feel very valuable. Thank you for making an old woman feel like she may still be worth something. I am telling all my friends, and I'll be back!

The products are high quality, easy to buy, and better priced than most of the options I have found.

Ordered 2-1 month supply buckets. items on back order but no word on when to expect delivery.

I wanted some pouches to try. I heard sponsorship for some other freeze dried brand through a podcast but didn't find an assortment that was non dairy since I am lactose intolerant. On top of that they only sold them by the bucket. I went with some varieties of Mountain House as opposed to buying #10 cans. 2 of each so I could have one to try and 1 to keep for an emergency before stocking up on something. Thank you The Ready Store!

I love the ready store! Prices are great. I like getting free shipping. I like the dehydrated entrees it's very tasty. I will continue to buy from them.

Placed my first order one week before the first hurricane I prep all year, for a lifetime. I have yet to receive one single item. I was told they would ship in part, and finally yesterday, they did so, as I received a shipping notice for a small part of my first order. Since they sent a gift certificate , I gave them a two instead of a one.
One the bright side, I love all the informative articles that I receive.

Good website but promos and sales are just marketing not true sales. Was not given option for larger discount for a larger order. Does not matter if ordering $500 or $5,000 worth of goods. Customer service should be given more ley way to offer larger percentage discounts.

I put in an order with the ready store 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I received an email stating that it should ship out maybe next week, but I'm not holding my breath. However for the inconvenience of my order not being shipped out yet they gave me a coupon for $10 off my next purchase. WOW! A whole $10. STUPID! I won't be ordering from the ready store again. I'll just jump on Amazon next time and get what I need in 2 days. Hope this review helps anyone reading through these reviews.

Ready Store has good prices, quick shipping and the orders I have received have always been correct. Very kind folks on the telephone and when I leave things in my basket (credit card not available at the time) I get a kind reminder. Wow! Thanks alot for being there to help me and understanding.
