Great experiences buying from these guys. There are sometimes supply chain issues--for example, their MRE supplier recently was unable to fulfill demand due to diverting its own supply to FEMA and the military responding to Hurricane Irma and other recent disasters--however, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. Further, in times of less urgency, I've had no trouble ordering.

I have gotten good info and assistance from the people that answer the phone and take orders and very polite and fast shipping and when product isn't satisfactory no problems with returns but the prices have gone up a lot so can't afford as much as use to.

Love everything except time it takes to get product. However thing has been top quality so far.

We are to have blizzards this winter so I purchased some so I didn't have to fight that grocery stores.

Found the same product I have purchased before for less money and a quicker delivery. Also found items I have been searching for and new items I am interested in.

it has been too long to wait for my order to ship

I placed an order on 9/22/2017 and on 9/30/2017 the order is still processing. This is unacceptable. Don't advertise a special if you don't have the inventory to meet demand. No f---n good!!!!!

Delivery is too long , also items run back order too long for products to be restocked. Over all Great products just to long of a wait.

I have always been a nit picky person...if it can go wrong, it will. The Ready Store probably caters to us...lol. I have had great contact with the personnel and customer service was always prompt and professional. No problems at all. Products are trustworthy. The people on chat line are well informed. An amazing selection with good prices. I appreciate the Ready Queue, the excellent service and fast shipping. I have found the search feature to be less than helpful at times, but what a fine company anyway.

Order something that was displayed as in stock and ready to ship. It has been over two weeks now and I have paid for the item and it has not shipped. The merchant did not communicate that it would take so long to ship, and that they would take the payment immediately upon ordering. This is unacceptable.

We ordered our goods at the end of August so that we would have them for our events in September. We received our goods on September 25th. More than half of our events were already over. What makes it worse is that when we called to check on the shipping, we were told it would ship that week (week of September 11th), that was obviously not correct. Next time, we will have to go with someone else for our event material.

I use The Ready Store as the prices are competitive and the customer service is excellent. I've been a customer for several years and only recently signed up for My ReadyQueue. This service locks in sale prices for much longer than the actual sale and I can have things sent on a regular schedule that I choose. I am completely satisfied with this service. You can change the send time and amount as many times as you choose. This is an outstanding feature.

Experience has always been good, but now (last week of SEP, 2017) The Ready Store does not seem to be able to ship orders in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully this improves.

Slow to give me the advertised discount.Still have not received the products.

An order I placed September 7, 2017, over the phone, still has not shipped. Today is September 26, 2017. So not happy about this as the order is a gift. Why the delay? Orders I placed online on September 6, 2017, to multiple addresses, have all been delivered. But on that note, why does it take two weeks to process and ship out orders. Not happy about that either.
