Great company, great sales

Even with free shipping at times, It takes much longer to get what I ordered than other mail order houses.

The shipments were delivered quickly and as advertised.

Good price, fast service.

I haven't yet receieved my order or gotten any word as to when it might be shipped, so at this point I am not imported with the store. Once the order atrives, if it does, I will be happy to give another review.

I had 3 #10 cans I got from The Ready Store (out of maybe 50 total cans) that swelled. The cans were less that a year old (since I received them from The Ready Store). I knew the swelling meant the product was bad and I had to throw the three cans in the garbage. They were stored (with all our food storage cans and buckets) in our pantry. It is a cool, dark, and dry storage area. I sent an email to The Ready Store (I think it was customer support or customer service or something like that) and told them about the spoilage of the three # 10 cans. Not only did they not replace the three cans, they didn't even respond to my email. I thought that was terrible customer service. I wrote a second email--still no response. I gave up.

Have tried to order 12 times, you keep telling me I have the wrong E-mail address and I only have 1 E- mail Address ? I have no idea what the heck you want ? I have followed every thing you have asked for? no trouble with Wise thats where I am staying-

I have not received my order as of yet! I’m thinking it was a little late to this point and you ask for a review? I am in the hoping I receive it mode now.

I was very disappointed when things I had placed in my Ready Queue disappeared and no explanation given. I had in good faith saved items to my queue so I could purchase them later at the price it was frozen at. The products had been in my queue for over a month and then just disappeared. I was not happy. An explanation was offered but I had to call in and push the issue to get an answer,

Good food excellent service

Took a long time to get my order (because it was back ordered by EVERYONE) but it did eventually come. They get docked 1 star solely because they charged my credit card before they shipped my order (about a month before). I understand it is their choice when to charge the customer but I prefer to be charged at the time of shipping. The unit arrived in great shape.

I bought some cans of food about 2 years ago and I didnt realize that they where swolen. The staff was great and switched them for me. Thanks

Order processing and shipping is much too long. I had to cancel my order and go else where.

Terrible service.....ordered specific items because they were " in stock "...changed things in my order from things I wanted that weren't available to things that were " in stock "... Yet , nearly two weeks later nothing has shipped because apparently " certain items are out of stock "..too bad my credit card was " in stock " when they charged it... First and last order from The Ready Store....

Love this store, the Ready Store is a great place to go for many of your neccessities such as food, water containers & filters, everything you need to treat water. They also have power sources and much more along with great service!
