They should not charge your credit card until items are ready to ship.My order never shipped and I’m waiting on them to return my money.BAD BUSINESS!

Went to their website, ordered, received order earlier than expected. No issues. Great!

We had a problem with a can of apples once. The Ready Store took care of the problem ASAP. Never had any other problems. Mark has answered all of our questions and we have always recieved our orders correctly and in a timely fashion.

Good selection, good prices and fast shipping! Haven't opened anything as it is for emergencies.

Customer service, notably Ano, goes above and beyond to make sure your order is done right.

I just love this place, I can get products for my food storage at reasonable prices. The deliveries are made quickly. There are a few time when some of my order was backordered but I received it as soon as they got more in. I would recommend Ready Store to anyone who is looking for long term food storage or for just keeping in the pantry and using on a daily basis.

The Ready Store doesn't keep track of their inventory correctly, which means you may order something and find out a week later (after the estimated shipping date) that you'll have to wait a month or longer before you can get your order. They said they're getting bigger warehouses, so hopefully they won't run out of stuff in the future.

I placed my order on 10/26/2017, and it's 11/4/2017, and it still hasn't shipped. Anticipated ship date is 11/6/2017.

Why does it take almost 2 weeks to ship? Nothing indicated that it was out of stock when I ordered.

I received the email asking for me to write this review before it even shipped. You asked......otherwise i wouldn't have bothered to comment.

Just placed order and haven't received anything as of yet. My brother-in-law told us about you.

Item ordered 10/25, toady (11/2) received review, so far that's all I have...a review! No follow up, no shipping notification, and mostly, no item. Really tough to leave a good review!

I first put a 1 but moved it up to a 2. They claim to have items in stock but when you order them you find out that shipping won't be for at least 10 days. I understand that with all of the hurricanes and more it's very busy and many items are out of stock but at least let people know so that you can plan on the fact that the item won't be shipped right away.

Would have been 5 stars except for the delayed delivery and the varying reasons why.

Missing items, broken items, emailed back and forth awhile, everything was resolved.

Ordered over a month ago and still don't have my products. They keep sending me updates telling me my shipment is delayed because of heavy volume sales but what I ordered was supposedly in stock when I ordered it. They also keep sending coupon codes on a daily basis and begging for more purchases. Why would I buy more? I didn't ever recieve what I already bought.

Great products when available.

I haven't found a more convenient long-term emergency food solution than Ready Store. I have yet to actually eat any of the freeze-dried food as we are keeping it in storage for actual emergencies, but it doesn't get any easier than a bucket of food for each person for a month (which is the ones I bought).

The buckets aren't too heavy, they don't take up a lot of space, and they are stackable. We've got three buckets stacked vertically in the back of a stairwell closet and you wouldn't even know they were there.

My only issue has been the wait times. I've ordered from Ready Store three times, and my last two orders were delayed. But I will continue to buy their freeze-dried food products because as I said, they just make it so easy.

I have had good success with this company. All my orders except one has shipped very fast. They often have good sales, which makes it easier for those on a budget to put some food away. Thank You Ready Store.

It's been 10 days since I placed my order and it is still in the "ready to pick" stage. It should be received and put away by now and it hasn't been shipped. I'll not use this source again.

Very helpful but not able to give time line for products to be available.
