Items I ordered were not listed as back ordered at the time the order was placed, nor was their any reason to believe this might be the case. It was two weeks after the order was placed before I was notified of the delay and I didn't receive my order for a further eight days. Didn't stop you from sending this survey link good and quick though.

When they did arrive a six pack each of "Beef MRE Entree" and "Chicken MRE Entree" turned out to be six each of a single flavor. Hope I like tuscan beef and chicken & rice with veggies.

Honestly guys, this seems like pretty poor order fulfillment and shows a lackadaisical attitude towards your customers in a climate that leaves people with plenty of alternatives at hand.

A little slow to ship but otherwise excellent.

I had an order that took 6 weeks to get. Then the powered milk had a split in it and was leaking over the box and packaging. I called three times, finally got someone who said she could replace the defective powdered milk with a new one. And it arrived today. While products are good,, customer service needs to be improved to communicate with the client.

Product was said to be in stock and payment made. Received email a few days after purchase to be told item is bit in stock and discontinued by the manufacturer.

I had a really bad experience with the Manchester Branch in the UK. I put my stuff into storage for about 10 weeks and moved cities went back to collect my stuff and it had all been eaten by mice..... the best bit is they asked if I had food in the boxes. Like are they real? They had mouse traps all over so there was affectation of mice in the building. They gave me forms to fill out and email over to the manager Mike which I done then they claimed that I didn’t send the forms and also said I needed to send to the insurance dept. Seriously guys keep your stuff away from here. All that money went to waste along with all the thousands of pounds of stuff I stored. A review from a really disgraced customer.

The ready store has a great selection and customer service.

Seems like the ReadyStore isn't all that ready themselves. Placed an order on 1/25 and fourteen days later I get a message that my order isn't ready and not going to ship until some unnamed future date. Tough to give a good review when you have no idea where your money went or when you might find out. Maybe next week.......?

Positive: Accurate, products arrived in great condition, website gives full info on products (nutrition, etc.), when I had an issue it was resolved quickly.
Negative: Delay between date ordered and date shipped that is unusually long for today's world. Customer service is not immediate...you leave a message and they call you back the next day. Finally, and this is my only real "complaint" is that I bought a blanket based on it having outstanding reviews. There were not very many reviews, but the few that were there were all great. I am not at all happy with the blanket so tried to review it to let others know my very different experience, but it won't let me post a review. Seems shady. I doubt I buy any other non-food items. However, because the blanket was just one of many purchases, and all the others were great, I gave 4 stars and would have been 5 if not for the blanket.

Only had a problem with one of many orders. Customer service erricently handled the problem.

So very impressed with "The Ready Store". They have everything one should need for that unexpected scenario requiring preparedness for you and family. GREAT selection with even greater prices. Customer service that out ranks most in every industry/business. I will continue to rely on these folks for all my "be ready" needs!

A great product and a good company to do business with.

Ordered 6 cans of freeze dried emergency food. A day or two after the "expected shipping date" I got notified via email it was delayed but offered a $10 off coupon on my next order. Finally received my product nearly a month after ordering. I just ordered a 72 hour emergency backpack using my $10 off coupon. 10 days after ordering guess what? Yup. Another delay in shipping the product! But here's another $10 off coupon on you next order! Should I go for three times in a row? No thanks.

Fantastic folks to buy your supply's from if you feel the need to prepare for the unknown. Great prices, and extremely friendly customer service. Will continue to give these folks my money!!

Some shipments have been delayed. Most of all, I cannot buy the Blended Cheese powder that I used to get quite often. The reason for my statement is that this was very low in sodium content and still very tasty. I think your Company is missing out on many sales by not offering some low sodium foods, as there are very many people with that medical requirement, including me.

My Ready Store purchases have all been quick and easy. The prices are competitive and their selection includes items on our wish list as well as what we have on the now list. I will continue to shop at The Ready Store.
