You can manage your subscription via our account portal
Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

My delivery was late.

My delivery was scheduled October 30 by 9 pm. It did not arrive.when I tracked my order, it said out for delivery. Then I got an email saying that the first delivery failed and would attempt again. I finally received my order on Sunday November 2.

I didn’t received the scoop for the probright I can’t give it to my dog with out the scoop

Questionable Cancelation Policy

I canceled a subscription and then received a shipment notification days afterwards. When I tried to contact the company AND provide a verification of my canceled subscription, which was canceled PRIOR to the shipment, my emails went unanswered. I

Update: I received a response asking for the Order ID which was provided in the multiple emails that I sent to the company but here it is again since I really do not have a way to reply to the company that has made any difference. Order ID: 11176998. Here is hoping that they actually do something about it and I can update this again with positive news. Otherwise, it is just an attempt to make it look like they are responsive.

We’re sorry for the trouble you’ve experienced. There shouldn’t be any orders processed after a subscription has been canceled — unless the cancellation occurred after an order was already processed for shipment.

Good customer service

My dog Hazel has been scratching, I ordered chews from PetLab. She would not eat them. Their policy is return within 30 days unopened. Well I emailed and while they were opened they refunded 1/2 my money. I was happy with this and I have them to donate.

Horrible company cannot sign on to…

Horrible company cannot sign on to cancel subscription and cannot contact support. And yet they keep taking my money. I send the product back and I have zero refunds.

Bad experience Made Better

I have a small dog that is easily affected by changing diet habits. I tried this product to help her. The company sent the product through Canada Post (knowing there was a possibity of a strike). After contacting the company I was assured they would resend it and they resent it through Canada Post. I have only had two months of the the product and have not received any more supply. I cannot speak to the product but will say there is VERY POOR customer service from this company.

Update - Customer service has contacted me and have addressed this. I still would hope that as a company they would use a different carrier than
Canada Post. I have decided to up my experience to three starts

The dental powder has been amazing for cleaning their teeth

The dental powder has been amazing for cleaning my two yorkies teeth. They are 7 years old which is old for dogs not having dental cleaning from a Vet. The Vet says their teeth look good but may require cleaning next year. I truly believe that their small tarter around their gums will resolve the longer they take it. They have been using it for 4 months now and it has been an amazing improvement.

Bad communication

I have order this product, at first my dog like it and then it finished and I reordered and the next batch came same order as the first and the formula must have changed and the dog doesn’t like it anymore. I tried contacting the company and sent them cancellation subscription, and to my surprise, they still are going into my account and take orders. I’ve also refused to accept an order and give it back to the delivery person and I have not received a credit for that order. This company is very hard to get in touch with once you do a subscription from them. They continue to try to get money out of your account. This is not good and they do not reply back as to what the problem is or if we can try to solve it no, they just go into your account and take the money even though you send them several email, letting them know that you are cancelling your subscription.

Dog not taking

I emailed Petlab and told them that my dog wouldn't touch the chews no matter what I did, I spent 2 weeks doing everything a person could do to get my dog to take it. better than to have to throw that much money away. Petlab has reached out and I am happy with
the outcome.

4 or 5 months in and have not seen any results. All the adds so it will fix this and fix that. But it has made zero difference unfortunately just a waste of money.

My dog is licking more and eating more grass now that he's taking the petco product... and he seems to be lethargic and just not feeling well..expensive too!

The salmon treats were great!!

The salmon treats were great!!! Our dog always gets excited when he sees the petlab bag. The delivery was fast the customer service is always top tier would highly recommend anything from them.

I accidentally sent pet lab a review of…

I accidentally sent pet lab a review of another company that I was unhappy with. I LOVE pet lab products as does my dog Jaxon. He gets so excited when he sees me walk towards the kitchen counter where the 2 different products are kept. Jaxon especially loves the taste of the cod treats but also loves the allergy & immune probiotic chews which he “inhales so quickly I started breaking them and giving 1/2 at a time. I’m thrilled that he loved them and happy that the probright advanced has been working so well on his teeth. He no longer has the terrible tartar build up that he had! Thank you PetLab!! And my apologies for sending the review for another company

The full benefits of supplements may take around 3 months to show. While some pups might see positive changes in the first month, others might notice progress in months 2 and 3.
