They claim on their website that any products including green lipped mussels must also mention where it was sourced from. Well on their own products they don't do that, and, they still claim it is sourced from New Zealand, and, they tell you where you can find this info, which is totally not there, so they lie to customers. And when you ask again for a link to confirm their claim and where a customer can read this info, all of a sudden they can't provide any proof of that and it is written nowhere on their product page, details, ingredients, etc. They don't even follow their own advice. That's shady.
Update: I did contact your business multiple times and communicated with a couple of agents, and none could direct me to the information about the green lipped mussels origins. One said it was written on the ingredients list, which wasn't true and he couldn't send me a link to confirm his claim, and all the other ones couldn't send me a link to confirm their claim, they said they could only tell me where the green lipped mussels were sourced, but not send me a link to confirm their claim. The product is the joint care chew. Nowhere on the product page is it written the green lipped mussels are sourced from New Zealand, and no customer service agent could confirm it, else than with their word on it.

The overall ingredients,quality ,the price. Amazing product for my dog,11 1/2 year old shitzu/havanese,who’s started with arthritis. In just 1 month seeing a big difference in her overall health.Canadian product,very nice!

This product is so amazing for helping with my dogs teeth. I’ve always had a hard time getting to the back teeth of my Dutch Shepherd however, this stuff really gets the job done! I also have two German shepherds and a pity mix and they all use it and love it! So happy with the results!

The CSR was excellent!! Due to having issues in emailing and not getting a response after 5 days and when I called and waited for over an hour and half where I was told due yo Hugh call volume to call back later. She gave me 50% off my order and when asked to put my orders on hold for a few months she did that.
Great customer service!!

The deliveries are always good. The product is expensive. I have been buying it for 3 or 4 months now and my dog is still the same. His teeth and bad breath are the same. There is no improvement. It is for this I am canceling my subscription.

This place will not answer me!?
. After trying to reach out through email and waiting on the phone 3 hours I am getting ZERO reply .
I not only received expired goods BUT I think they made my dog chew his feet even worse .
Then as I am calling to cancel the garbage they take another 100$ off my credit card unannounced to me !!!
and sent another “ prescription . All with out consent!!
I have called my bank and will pursue this fraud immediately. Dont do it folks . They need their business closed down . Yesterday

I have been emailing, calling costumer service and trying to access the website but nothing is working. They replied before in my email but after that Im waiting but still no reply. I want to return your product, I want my money back and cancel my subscription. I have received expired products twice already. I dont think that's acceptable.
