We stock the fragrances of nearly 130 brands including Hugo Boss, Rabanne, Gucci, Ariana Grande, Mugler and Marc Jacobs both online and across our network of 212 nationwide stores. Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. James was really helpful
James was really helpful. Was very patient with me and let me try a dozen scents before helping me make my choice. Guided me towards a really good deal and got a bottle of Hugo Boss normally £125 for £55. Very happy.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff
Gill was lovely and friendly from the moment I walked in. She was great at recommending new fragrances that are out and let me smell them and told me about deals in store. It was a really easy, pleasant experience and for the first time in forever I actually got a couple of samples with my purchase.

I would just like to say that my experience in store today was made a lot easier and the service received from Jill at the silverburn store was amazing and a 10/10
I would highly recommend Jill to anyone who is looking for aftershave or perfume and are unsure what to get as she made sure that we left happy with the choice we made

Had amazing service from Emma and Janice at the perfume shop silverburn branch. They where so helpful and friendly, had a lovely experience will definitely be back for some more perfume at this store.

I went to silverburn looking for a perfume for my granddaughters birthday. I was struggling looking and hannah came over to help me. I have never been treated with such respect and politeness as I was with this young lady. She certainly knew what she was talking about and I will definitely be coming back!.

Highly recommend
Kipp was super helpful today and was really patient with me while I asked to smell several testers - I was very indecisive. Once I'd decided on an aftershave, Kipp wrapped the bottle for me and kindly gave me a complimentary personalised ribbon which was a lovely touch. Excellent customer service!
