The staff are always really helpful
The staff are always really helpful , especially one lady in particular, but sorry can't remember her name , dark hair . Their always very chatty , makes it nice to go in .

Very friendly and informative staff
Very friendly and informative staff. Able to give advice and support. Not rushed and no appointment required. Very Impressed compared to other financial businesses, so much so we travelled for 90 minutes to reach them since local branch unfortunately closed.

Business like and friendly
Paresh opened a new account for myself and my husband. He was able to do this and explain everything to us in a business like but friendly fashion.
I am pleased with the accounts I opened last year and I like the on line facility to check the accounts.
