Excellent service.
Day one. I asked for a branch account closure and the balance to be transferred to my online account by phone.
Day two. I received a document for me to sign and a request to send my account book to the society. I completed this requirement and posted it back on Day two.
Day three. The request was completed and my account book was returned to me and my online account was showing my money had been transferred.
This was conducted by Pete Chambers at the Arnold branch.
Excellent service in a most civil and professional manner. Fully recommended.

Lovely and helpful staff
My grandma visits every month and she always speaks so kindly of the staff in the Mansfield branch. I had to amend some details for an account she's saved for me and the staff literally know her by name. Bella was so helpful but they did not need to be so apologetic when they were incredibly busy.

Lifetime ISA withdrawl
Last minute notice about moving into a new property meant I had to withdraw my Lifetime ISA funds ASAP. I phoned and got a hold of Anthony Huckstep who went over and above to ensure it was done on time. Genuinely the best customer service I have received.
