From siting down to getting up I was made to feel relaxed. Everything I asked was answered in a way I could understand. She was polite and very helpful. Everything went so easy from start to finish and the transfer took about a week to complete.

I visited the Arnold Branch to update my existing accounts which were due to mature, I particularly like that my needs were dealt with immediately and I didn't need to return the staff are always helpful and efficient, and explain things very well and give all options available. very impressive service.
