Staff training was taking place, but we were taken care of and the process of opening 2x new accounts and dealing with an account which needed probate, went very smoothly Good to be able to go in branch to do this, made life so much easier having face to face contact. One of the reasons I chose, the NBS to open a savings account

Nottingham's St Albans Branch has a good and comforting feeling
Your In-Branch representative, Maddie, was the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable. Everything one could wish for in a now rare face-to-face interactio. Tjhis is especially comforting in the sensitive area of finance.

Fab people to deal with
I opened a new ISA with Nottingham Building Society that I wanted to fund by transferring two existing ISAs and new money.
The online process was so easy and, as I was transferring two ISAs, I had to phone customer service to transfer the second ISA.
The customer service agent was really easy to talk to and efficiently processed my request. I was kept informed by email at every stage of the transfers
This is the first account I have opened with Nottingham Building Society but I don’t think it will be my last.
