The best knives

I ordered a knife on November 15th, it arrived on December 17th, and the box is empty. There's no knife inside, and it appears the box was completely sealed. I would like a phone number to call to clarify this.

Delivered the wrong knife - accepted they’d delivered the wrong knife. Then chose not to respond to any more emails.

I waited exactly 15 days to get this knife, finally arrived and looks good quality.
But, the shipping bill/ paper shows that this knife is paid $30.06 and I payed it $132, which I really hope that I did not get fake knife. Because it looks like maybe from this point of view like a drop shipping, correct me if am wrong.
Customer service is 50:50 respond-able

Nice box, beautiful blade and handle, very sharp and balanced. Nicked myself a lil looking at it. 100% recommend to friends and family who are looking for a good quality knife.

I have to update my previous review. After I had submitted my review, the company contacted me via email. I resent the photos of the cracked handles and they immediately replaced the 2 knives. I appreciated thier timeliness once I got a hold of them.

Knifes arrived in reasonable time, looked great out of the box, and were very sharp. These were to be more of a display set for my new kitchen so hardly used. Lost their edge very quickly and fillet knife has broken, handle has come off due to the tang only being about 25mm deep, emailed company on their website twice and no reply. Don't waste your money on these.

Had these knives for about two months. barely used them due to a fifo roster, the knives are already starting to rust and are no longer sharp. Would not recommend buying these knives regardless of the “sale” prices.

Ordered the kanji hachi bundle on 1/01/25 and i still haven't received my order. I emailed twice to get an update and was told that it was in transit and would be delivered very soon. I have still not received any delivery updates and i am starting to get nervous that they have just taken my money.

Knife is extremely sharp and beautiful. What is handy as well hard protection sleeve is added what makes it save keeping in drawer

I've had this knife for a week, and I'm already in love with it. From the sharpness to the craftsmanship, everything about it screams quality. Even my friends have commented on how beautiful it looks in my kitchen.

Placed an order on 27 November which was Christmas gift. Despite many assurances it would arrive my order has not been fulfilled. I have requested a refund and even though I shared I would write this review, no refund has been processed and I have been asked to remain patient. I am appalled by the lack of customer care or willingness to accept that they have failed to deliver. Avoid.

Whilst the knife did arrive on 8/1/25 - I sent six emails ahead of this to ask for a refund as, from my initial enquiry I let you know that it was a present for Christmas. It is no longer needed. Your bland reply does not address my dissatisfaction. I request a refund and will email you directly AGAIN!

Took a long time, but the item has finally been delivered.

Made an order with this company on November 21st with the expectation that it would arrive before Christmas. This was almost 1 month ago (today is 19th December) and there has been no delivery update since November 26th.

I have contacted the company multiple times, just to be fobbed off and told it will arrive very soon even though its been 4 weeks already. I requested a refund due to the absolutely pathetic ‘service’ received and have been denied it despite them agreeing to this for other customers.

If the product ever arrives i’ll be shocked. I’m now £40 and a christmas present down.

Absolutely do not recommend! Avoid this company like the plague. You get quicker shipping off websites like Temu and Ali Express.

Based of other reviews this seems to be a standard of how this company choses to operate and treats their customers.

I ordered on 21 November and the order still shows as processing . Have contacted them a couple of times to be told the first time it was stuck in customs then to be told it was busy time of year
Took far too long to be delivered and would have been better to have understood timescales at point of order . However the knife has been delivered and is of great quality
