The Holiday Fixer Recensioni

Adry knew exactly what we wanted for our family holiday to Sri Lanka after one phone call! She absolutely nailed the whole experience and it really was the adventure we wanted with our 6 year old. The whole process was seamless and Adry explained everything so well. I found her to be professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Josie was amazing! She booked our holiday in York with speed and with every detail I needed to make my mum’s 80th birthday celebration extra special!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Josie to anyone looking to book a great holiday.

I contacted Juliet following many recommendations, to find the perfect short notice honeymoon destination. She listened to what we were looking for and suggested many options. We stayed in the most fantastic hotel. I will definitely be using her services again.

Juliet our fantastic Holiday Fixer had everything planned perfect from start to finish. We have travelled around South Africa, from Cape Town to Stellenbosch and a wonderful safari in Kruger, and then on to Mauritius for a welcome break after all the travelling around. All our hotels were excellent with great service, with pick ups and drops offs timed perfectly. Juliet checked on us regularly to see that all was going well. She had a professional warm and caring relationship with us throughout, from planning right up to the end of our vacation. I would highly recommend The Holiday Fixer and especially Juliet for anyone planning on booking their next adventure.

Thank you Helen for booking our great holiday to Madeira. It was everything we could wish for. Lovely temperatures, luxurious hotel, delicious food, spectacular scenery and interesting places to visit. We particularly enjoyed the cable cars and Ronaldo Museum. Looking forward to booking with you again.

Decided to give the big holiday companies a miss and try local. Am very glad I did. Carrie took the time to learn what was important to all 3 of us when deciding on a holiday and put forward suggestions within our budget. It was really helpful having Carrie check us in for all our flights - one less thing to worry about when away. Thank you Carrie!

Juliet made the whole booking process seamless. She chose the most fantastic hotel for our trip and was constantly on hand to ensure everything was perfect. It was our anniversary whilst away and she organised our table reservations and also had a card left at the table for us - what a lovely touch! If you ar thinking of booking a holiday use Juliet for a hassle free experience!

I can’t say enough positive things about Juliet and my experience of booking a holiday through her. It was a complicated adventure type holiday and she was patient and organised with my planning and the itinerary we received was perfect. We went to Japan and thought it would be much harder to navigate than it was, but given all the information we received and the detailed plans it was actually really simple. Holiday of a lifetime I’d like to repeat every year if I could! Thank you so much Juliet, I’ve already recommended you to everyone who will listen. X

Thank you to Carrie at the Holiday Fixer for yet another wonderful family holiday to Kalkan. Carrie was able to provide us with such a wealth of information from the time we booked our holiday to our return. She was mindful of our budget and managed to get everything so perfectly arranged. The villa was lovely in a great location with the most beautiful views. Thank you.

My daughter and I asked Carrie to arrange a special holiday to celebrate our birthdays this year, and she came up trumps! She listened to our ideas, worked with our thoughts, was creative with ideas and was extremely patient with my worries. Carrie included both of us in discussions and also involved her colleague who had personal experience of the resort to offer further guidance. She kept us up to date with information throughout the whole experience, checking in with us regularly and answering our on-going questions. She was perfect and we would happily return to her in the future.

Thank you for organising our holiday and for going above and beyond!

Having not been abroad for many years, we used 'Carrie at The Holiday Fixer' to help us choose location, book flights, transfer from the airport, accommodation, etc, and we couldn't be more pleased.
We had an amazing holiday which Carrie organised, and the holiday met all our requirements. We spent a fantastic 11 days in Cavtat, Croatia, in an amazing spacious apartment which had stunning views out to sea, Cavtat Town and surrounding islands.
Carrie was always on hand to assist with any queries we had, and we had an amazing holiday and created fantastic memories. Cavtat town itself is amazing, a beautiful harbour surrounded by restaurants, it was lovely to watch the world go by, watching the luxury yachts come and go.
We highly recommend Carrie at The Holiday Fixer and will definitely be in touch again to plan next years trip!

Adry was amazing from start to finish. She really listened to what we were looking for, for our honeymoon in the Maldives. She gave us a couple of different options to choose from within our budget, with lots of amazing things included. We had the most amazing time and it couldn’t have gone better. My husband and I would reccomend Adry to anyone looking to book a memorable bespoke holiday!

Juliet made the whole process of booking a holiday seamless. She listened to everything we wanted, sourced an amazing hotel at a great price and made sure we had good flight times too. I would never have got the same package trying to do it myself. Thank you so much Juliet!!

I recently used Carrie to book our trip to Sani Resort and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience!

From start to finish, Carrie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the perfect resort for our daughter’s first holiday. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how completely stress-free she made the whole process—something I really appreciated after just having a baby!

Carrie was lovely to work with and her travel concierge service truly enhanced our holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to plan a trip with ease and confidence.

Thank you again for all your fantastic help!

Juliette was an absolute pleasure to deal with, understood exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to deliver on hotel location, flight times and speed of booking. It was so easy and precisely what I’d asked for. Highly recommend for all your holiday needs!

Thank you Helen for organising a quality holiday to Mallorca for us. The location at Port Soller was ideal. From the chic Eden hotel there were portside walks and cafes to enjoy. The quaint tram ride to Soller past orange and lemon groves was especially memorable. Also, the local ferry around the scenic coastline to Sa Calobra was brilliant.
