I had accidentally ordered twice and it was caught by someone at the company. They reached out to me to see if I had meant to do that, or if it was an accident. When I replied that it was an accident they immediately canceled one of the orders. I truly appreciated how this was handled. This shows me that their satisfaction of their customers outweighs making sales. Thank you to all involved! 👌

The customer service of The Groovd was fast, kind and proactive. I am not happy with the delivery company, although.

I asked whether the products were suitable for left handed children. I received a prompt reply that they were and also tips for left handers. Very impressed with customer services.

Groovd Communication is and was excellent, postcode error meant Evri are at the moment unable to deliver, but Groovd have been brilliant in replying to me.

Unfortunately Evri, not so much. App chat is an AI bot, phone support again automated doesn’t even recognise their own Tracking Number.

This is ongoing will amend this if things change.

Update: Groovd absolutely on the ball could not be better service. Still in contact and happy to help if delivery fails.
Evri assured me they were now going to deliver, but nope.

Jenny from customer service, was attentive, helpful and I felt as though she genuinely wanted to find the best solution for me. I am extremely happy with the help I received from Jenny and I’m excited to receive these bundles. 🤩
