Made a mistake on my order an was very quickly an easily sorted. Great service.

The product is good but when you place the order, the other up sell items ie the additional pen/refills and the finger grip item, in my opinion should be offered at the same time, rather than after you have purchased the books. I purchased through Apple Pay and having “double clicked” to buy the books, I then get offered the two up sell items.
In my view, the two up sell items are as important as the books and notwithstanding they are optional, how would I replace the pen that comes with the books, if I just purchased the books, and then ran out of ink. I would not be happy. I know it’s about the initial sale and the price (as low as you can get) that gets you to buy, but your two up sell items are arguably fundamental to the complete package. Yes, you could argue that by getting customers to buy the two up sell items “job done” but in my view, by offering them up front is more transparent and the customer experience is better.

This is a scam company that once you order an item you get hooked into a subscription for $29.99 per month and provide no live contact information to cancel.

Spotted a double order on their system and informed me instead of just issuing both! Very impressed with this company’s integrity.

I would leave a minus-star review if I could. This company is an absolute scam and completely appalling to deal with.
I purchased a set of tracing and writing books for my child. The items listed on their website are incredibly misleading—the actual books are tiny and entirely unsuitable for toddlers learning to write and trace letters and numbers.
To make matters worse, their advertised "60-Day Money-Back Guarantee" is a complete lie:
Excuses & Stall Tactics: When I asked for a full refund, they claimed they couldn't find my order—even though I replied directly to their email thread with the order number right in the subject line!
Playing Games: After I sent screenshot proof of all confirmation emails, they told me to submit a refund request to the exact same email address I was already communicating with (they only have one email!).
Refusing Full Refund: Once I called them out on their games, they refused a full refund and instead offered a insulting 15% partial refund while telling me to keep the overpriced junk.
I declined their ridiculous offer and informed them I am reporting their business to the ACCC and cyber fraud authorities in Australia, as well as relevant fraud agencies in the US and Finland (where they claim to have offices). Magically, they then claimed my issue was "escalated to management."
Do not fall for their deceptive marketing. Save your money and avoid this dishonest company at all costs!

The products good, smaller than a normal child’s book, but they should be able to sit with it on the floor, table, or hold it themselves easily. As it is a gift I won’t know how it goes until Christmas!
The tracking was the tricky part and why only four stars. I didn’t know where it was, it seemed to have left, then arrived, left again, but still in the home country, in transit but where? Many times in transit or customs, not just the two you’d expect. No time or date of arrival. Too confusing to follow. It was in the end on a wing and a prayer!
That is the only bit letting everyone down. Good communication from the company and no issues at all with them.

I had specific requests with an order and sent emails asking for assistance. I've exchanged a few emails with your company since then and have always received responses within a few minutes. I feel like your staff is expecting my emails and answers immediately. All questions/inquiries/concerns were dealt with right away.
