Hugely disappointed!

After reading so many positive stories I purchased the groovd writing books for my granddaughter. However, they are much smaller than I expected and crucially, the space available for writing in, is far too small for a three year old. They simply do not have the control or ability to keep the letters so small and tidy. In addition, the indentations are far more subtle than they look online, so not sure how helpful they actually are. Annoyed at myself for falling for some social media hype!!

Great customer service from a caring quick responding team after we accidently ordered an item twice.

I sent an email to inquire about the return policy. Jenny was very helpful.

I will probably let my grandson try it but the letters and numbers and grooves are much smaller than I anticipated for a 4-year-old to copy. I would not have ordered it if I had known.

Think twice before falling for the antics of this company. Thankful I did not place my order after numerous emails to the company because none of the discount codes worked; free shipping threshold was met but still charging for shipping while customer service insisted that I place the order and afterwards they would "look over my order and give me a refund." They had a screenshot of my order and I calculated what I expected to pay for the order with the "1st order 10% off" discount code and free shipping.
Despite the numerous emails to customer service, they could not commit to what I would be reimbursed but encouraged me to place the order (pay more) and that I would get some unspecified refund. Who orders blindly, overpays and wait for some refund that is not determined at the outset??? Why couldn't they just go into the order and correct the amount?
These practices are known as "Bait & Switch" tactics are outlawed for the protection of consumers.

The company's codes do not work; the free shipping threshold does not work; and the emails with promotions do not work, other than to lure you in. I told customer service that it was improper practices stating :
"The fact that
1) you cannot commit to a price when you already have a screenshot of my order;
2) your luring promotion codes do not work nor does the "free shipping" threshold;
3) your heavy social media and email is false advertising;
4) no customer service phone number with inordinate time to wait for a response;
5) bait and switch consumer practices"

You cannot call this company on the phone and you will wait an exceedingly long time to get a response to your email.

Do you self a big favor and move on and save yourself time, aggravation and money!!

I made a specific enquiry regarding the use of the pencil grip and I received a great response from Lyka, one of the staff at Groovd Learning Tools, which promptly answered my question. I am so impressed with their customer service and response time to my email.

Helped get my address changed right away

I gave five stars because, my initial order was delivered to the wrong address. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to training my five year old grand daughter whom is moderately autistic. I contacted the groovd by email and they react swiftly to ship a new order at no extra cost to me. I received email today which is day five, that my order is out for delivery from my local post office and should receive it anytime today.
Thanks TheGroovd for reacting so quickly. I love your products and will be ordering in future. I definitely refer others to order from your website. I am a.happy customer.

I reached out with an issue with shipping address. This was immediately responded to and remedied. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently this was done, and a really friendly tone in the communications too.

I needed to modify my order moments after I placed it. I looked for a way to communicate that and saw the email contact. I left an email, went about my business for the rest of the day and later saw that Groovd responded to my email and took care of my issue without me contacting them again. Great service, saved me time and trouble so I took time to write something.

I wanted the order shipped to a different address than mine - this didn't happen on the order because of the payment method I chose, which bypassed the website form that allowed you to specify a different delivery address.
I emailed the company straight away and they replied quickly to confirm the change of delivery address.
