Perfect
I made the mistake of not allowing the bank holiday and the Saturday and emailed to ask where my order was, I had a phone call the next day and I said it was a mistake by me, they said not to worry about it, they also told me that the items had been sent by parcel force but due to the strike the delivery would be delayed but the next day I took delivery of the items and they were perfect,
Many Thanks I will definitely recommend and use again

Excellent service

Having previously bought a Kamado Joe
Having previously bought a Kamado Joe, I was searching for a gas grill to add to the collection. Once again Dave’s knowledge was second to none, helping me select the right grill for me. Delighted with my new Broil King which was built and delivered the next day!

Excellent service
Second time I’ve purchased from the Grill Store. Superb service each time. The I store purchase was with a very knowledgeable member of staff in the bbq area who went out of his way to help me even pack the KJ into the car. The online order was well packed and arrived when indicated. Will be using again.

Great Service
Great service. Called up on the phone at the end of the day on a Friday looking for information and advice following some online research. Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and happy to share all his advice even though I was just a random person calling up who didn’t live in the area. Bought an amazing BBQ from them, superb delivery, great communication. Would 100% recommend
