IL PACCO E' ARRIVATO COMPLETAMENTE DANNEGGIATO E L'ARTICOLO (ESTENSIONE PER VERANDA GONFIABILE) COMPLETAMENTE SPORCO QUASI A SEMBRARE USATO. POSSO CAPIRE CHE MAGARI ERA IN GIACENZA DA QUALCHE TEMPO MA NON SI PUò VENDERE PER NUOVO UN ARTICOLO COSì RIDOTTO.

Sorry to hear that the product's packaging was damaged in transit from the UK to Italy. As requested in our email upon first hearing about this via your review here (though emailing us with this information directly might have put us in a better position to assist you more efficiently) please forward us photos of the transit damage so that we can take this up with the courier - emailed to aftersales@norwichcamping.co.uk please.
As was discussed prior to your purchase, this was an unused item that had been in stock for years - hence you being very pleased to pay such a low price and, presumably, pay import duties for a discontinued product that has become hard to find in any country. Please forward the photos and we can assess how best to help you.
