This BBQ is the GOAT of all BBQ's well made great edition to our garden, we cannot wait to use it! The external delivery company was phenomenal when they called to say they were here we were not at home, the delivery guy said he would wrap it up (as it was raining) and when we came home it was well wrapped and protected from the rain. My only issue was the blue plastic the stainless steel shelves were wrapped in, was a nightmare to take off and took longer than putting the whole BBQ together. (BBQ is so easy to put together great instructions.

Already a valued customer. I use the Grill Store often. Dave is always so helpful & efficient in sending out my parcels in super quick time. My cover arrived in a few days. Thank you.

Cleaning products spilt due to a lid which had come off in delivery. This had spilt all over the other products. Messaged the customer service email but no response. Disappointing

My first order with this company and initial impression was not good.
The order had not arrived and my email equiries were not being answered.
After a week I and on my third attempt of phoning I got through to someone, and from that point onwards the experience massively improved. The original order had gone missing with royal mail, but a replacement was dispatched the following day, and arrived next working day.
So my overall experience was good, and once contact was made via phone call, I was updated quickly via email and received my replacement order within 2 days.
If my initial emails had been replied to, then this would have been a 5 star review.
I would buy from again, but would suggest that something needs doing to improve response/monitoring of email enquires.

Had a wide range of quality merchandise which wasn't just limited to Weber. Pricing was competitive and everything arrived in good time and more importantly good working order. It was particularly hard to source the petromax chicken roaster so very pleased with that part of the purchase!
