Don’t touch this company it’s a scam, took weeks to arrive, product is rubbish and you can’t return them, very very annoyed 😡.

I am only giving one star because it isn't possible to leave no stars. I ordered two cooling mats with two free, still very expensive. I realised after ordering I had ordered the wrong colour, so I emailed immediately and asked if the colour be changed before dispatch, and received an email back saying no problem they would change the colour. The first two mats arrived and you have guessed it they were the wrong colour. I emailed asking for the return address as well as where were the other two mats. I keep getting stalling emails, such as please send screen shots of original email, which obviously are on their computer in their email inbox. I have said I just want a return address to return for a colour change. As the other lady said had I known at the time they were coming from China I would never have ordered, I thought I was a bit more aware of these scammers apparently not. Do not buy from this company!!

This is what they say on their website, and I was taken in by it!
I ordered 2 mats at BOGOF price. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Annoyed to find the price I paid was reduced soon after I ordered - but these things happen.
When they finally arrived, the mats looked good - but my dog refused to lie on either of them. Tried lifting him on - got straight off. Tried several places in house, including where he normally lies, both during day and at night. Either got off and moved elsewhere, or usually pushed mats out of the way.
Wrote to ask how to return mats for promised "full refund". Reply offered 30% refund, keep mats; no return address. Objected, asking to send back - got offer of 50% refund, keep mats, still no address. Objected strongly - today's Email offers 70% as "final offer", keep mats. Would need to be returned to "offshore address" (not given) which would entail "high postage costs" - "better to take the 70% offer".
Very annoyed but think I will do this. Can't be bothered arguing any more and don't want to end up with a massive postage bill, or no refund at all.
I will post again if I don't get 70% of what I actually paid for the mats - which will go to animal rescue centre, in the hope some of their dogs appreciate them.

Ordered mats on July 9, on July 22 they said it was delivered. I did not receive it and sent 2 emails advising them and have received no reply. I have filed a dispute with Capitol One. I would not recommend this company. Also, there is no phone number to reach the conpany on their website. Stay away from Dog Hu.

Scam company.
Cooling mats do nothing! Not cold and useless.
They take weeks to turn up and then use the worst delivery company in UK - Relay.
The 'cooling mats' come in clear plastic wrapping with zero branding etc. which sums up the quality, no one wants to put a name to it!
Utter rubbish, avoid

Wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering, absolutely wasted my hard heard money. So disappointed I’ve been saving for a cooling mat for my dogs and this really isn’t any good, absolute rubbish from china, I new straight away when it was being shipped from china and took ages to arrive something wasn’t right. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag and has no cooling benefit whatsoever. Waste of money. Shame on you, ripping people off. Sadly coming from china returning makes it difficult. Should be more honest with your customers.

Product took 3 weeks to arrive so don’t buy if you need urgently. I contacted them after a week of waiting to cancel as delivery was taking too long. They stated that they had a 24hr cancellation policy and it had already been dispatched. No tracking number was available. Product has finally arrived and is very poor quality.
Would find an alternative product elsewhere!

More rubbish from China. Dreadful customer service and eventually arrived today ! Scrappy bits of nylon - no more chance of keeping a dog cool than a piece of nylon! Do NOT waste your money !

At the moment she seems to be resting nicely on the mat, but we’ll still need more time to make a final answer

Placed the order for cooling mats on 02nd July 2026. Confirmation email link/message for tracking was blank - no tracking available. I chased up several times and received cheerful emails telling me that my order was on it's way, but no evidence of this. I asked for the order to be cancelled several times as I hadn't received it by 22.07.26. They then told me it had been delivered. It had not, which they then admitted to. They appear to be a scam company and refuse to cancel my order. They just keep telling me the mats are on their way. Wish I had never placed the order. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Pretty sure these are a rip off of an original product.
Unlike other reviews the size is correct……but I simply cannot see, with the inferior materials and fabric, how this will keep my dog cool.
Arrived in a cheap clear plastic bag with no product advertising.
For £62 I’ve definitely been seen off!

The Dog Hub .co should be labelled the most disingenuous site offering poor quality products plus their false statement regarding refunds! On their website it states if you are unhappy for any reason(and there are many regarding quality etc) leaving that aside, they state full refund if you contact them and return items at your cost which I was happy to do , for a FULL refund within 30 days of receipt of product , absolute rubbish to say the least.
My experience was they then wanted to negotiated a 30% refund initially when I refused it was upped to. 50% their final offer was a 70% refund! With no other option ! ! What happened to the refund as stated on their site??? Full refund

Product is not as described. The mat is much smaller than advertised and is very thin. I would liken size and thickness to a tea towel. On top of this the product does not actually work in cooling down my dog. Shipping took around 3 weeks and although the company state a 30 day return. When trying to return the item they make the process extremely difficult and state that charges will be included as the item has to be shipped to overseas warehouses. Do not use this company it is a scam unfortunately.

I ordered 2 large mats in BEIGE. Buy one get one free.
After a very long wait. As previous customers have said. Their ad implies they are Uk based but delivery is a lengthy process as they are not. However if I received what i ordered I could overlook that.
I received one GREY mat. It is labelled L but very small. The photos on the website mislead you.

I have sent several emails and had no reply. I will be processing via my credit card as scam/ fraud

pricing and ordering was easy. received pretty promptly. Dogs are less than enthused though. push aside and lay on their beds

The advertising lead me to believe it was being sent from the UK. This was for the artic dog cooling mat. It is not cold feeling. Also the sizing is not correct the XL is like a UK medium. Stitching is fine but certainly not worth the money. As the sizing is incorrect It will not get much if any use. Would not shop or buy again. Some may say these are great. I had a pets at home XL mat which although had the gel was much cooler , cheaper and the correct sizing.

I ordered your cooling mats & cooling harness. I was very impressed. My dog loved them also. They are well made & really work well. However the harness didn’t fit. So I contacted you & asked how I could return it. I was told I didn’t have to return it & was given a refund. I will continue to order from dog hub because I now know how honest & helpful they are

Terrible customer service. Takes days to get an automatic reply.
I ordered 2 mats on 7 July to prepare for heatwave. It’s 21 July and I’m STILL WAITING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They make it look like UK based. They say they are recommended by UK magazines . But it’s all from China. As soon as I got the tracking information I tired to cancel the order. They are not responding to my messages. Do not waste your money.

Ordered two dog cooling mats on 3rd July. Today is the 21st. No response to my email. Tracking does not work.Have reported to my bank as fraud. Do not order - this is a scam.
