The product is excellent, it really is.
It took a little longer than I'd hoped to arrive and some of the negative feedback on Facebook about people not receiving the product was a bit off putting, but when it came, it was worth the wait. My dog will lie on this so I'm definitely recommending this product and Company.

The mats were really small! They were supposed to be size medium, but looked like they were for a small dog. They were not worth the money

The quality of the item and efficient service

Love the mats, my dog used them right away.
My cat will get on if the dog leaves.
I specially love the harness, my dog is a puller and this has been a great help

The experience was great but the size of the cooling mat was not realistic
I have a working Cocker Spaniel and ordered the large mats but they are not appropriate for his size!

The product is excellent but from placing the order to receiving the order it takes far too long.
I would recommend the cooling mats but you need to order them at least a month before you need them.

Easy to understand benefits of cool mat vs other options. Simple and quick ordering, arrived packaged well and on time. Dogs love it.
The only issue I have noticed is that sharp teeth (puppy) easily snag the item.
I've actually stood on it, sat on it one extremely hot day, and can attest to it's cooling properties.
Would definitely recommend it not only for the summer but will be good when heating is turned on.

The dog mat works well my daughter’s golden retriever loves it. Unfortunately it took a long time to arrive and the heatwaves were over but now all the dogs in the family will get one for Christmas in preparation for heat next year.

overall a good experience although delivery was almost two wks which I feel is a bit slow these days

I bought two allegedly 'Arctic dog cooling mats' from The Dog Hub as they were supposedly two for the price of one costing £39. As others have mentioned they took ages to arrive and I was unaware they were not supplied from the UK and although I ordered the medium sized mats they are much smaller than other rival mats and although they felt slightly cool to the touch they are useless as the mats warm up very quickly when sat on by dogs (and humans as I also gave it a try too) and so are not fit for purpose at all and were wildly overpriced for the rubbish received. In addition once they have your money and you have ordered the products it is only in the small print that it states that refunds will only be issued under strict criteria and that regardless of the reason the buyer has to return the item at their cost and then they 'decide' if a refund will be issued....or not! I strongly advise people not to waste money as I did buying from this company!

Like the cool cat pads BUT, shipping slow as molasses .

Quick service, product is soft. My dog seems to love both of them as she has cools off and sleeps on them. Good technology to help keep her cool.

The”ice cool mats” were expensive, tiny, way too small for my dogs and poor quality. When I asked for a refund I was offered 30% and keep the mats I declined, then 50% and keep the mats. I finally settled on 75% just to end the process. I will not purchase anything from them again

The mat is different from what I expected. My dog could kind of careless about it. He lays on it occasionally.

I have the extra large size for my Labrador and it is the correct size, but not all the adverts make it clear what size they are, I had purchased a medium on which turned out to be the size suitable for a jack Russell. However the company kindly sent me another one. the material is quite good and my dog likes it but the mat does not stay flat on the floor, as soon as she moves, so does the mat and when she gets up, the mat is all screwed up. It needs to be made with a heavier weight. I have not tried washing it yet but I was suprised how much she like it as she loved her get mats we had before. I will probably buy some more for next summer and in the car.

I did have a longer wait for the cool mat but I was very glad when it arrived.
My golden retriever has never liked beds I’ve wasted lots of money trying different ones so I had my doubts he wouldn’t lay on the cool mat and I was praying he would as he is unwell 12 1/2 now and with this exceptional hot weather, but to my amazement he did and it definitely helps, so thankyou so much.

Easy to order, quite a long wait for delivery, but kept informed, Slight confusion with my oder, but my fault.

My dog Ella loves them. Put them on tge couch in different places and that is where she only sleeps. Bravo for making such an incredible product.

Dog is not happy with this product. Product felt thin and cheap

Great product but took a long time to get here. Weather had cooled down by then! Still a great product and will be good for the next heatwave!
