The product did not work and when requested return and refund I would have to return to an address in China at my cost! Following several communications I was offered 70% refund which I accepted eventually as the difference in cost would have cost me in shipping charges. Advert also misleading as the product took about four weeks to arrive.

Seriously…. a WARNING NOT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
This company TOTALLY & ruthlessly taking advantage of the heatwaves and our affection for our dogs.
They have my money and are hanging on to it despite my communications!
They sell, sell, sell but that appears to be it!!!!
I thought it was a British company (actors, children, family homely scenes etc) with a fictitious story about how it was formed etc etc.
PLEASE DONT waste your money…. I do hate it that they’re using us all in this way and making a fortune!

The cooling blankets were easy to order & reasonably priced. The shipping time was also pretty good. However, neither our lab nor our husky will have anything to do with them. They refuse to lay on them & push them off of their beds.

I waited ages for these and when they finally came my dog refused to lie on them. Complete waste of £31! It was buy one get one free, smallest size as my dog is a chihuahua, but it's a lot of money for nothing. I tried one, sat on it for a few minutes and it was lovely and cool, but it wasn't long before it felt warm again. Very disappointed 😞

I didn't expect it to take 18 days from order to delivery the only high point was Evri's incredible service after the parcel arrived in the UK ! Early on, when I regretted the order and tried to cancel, they said it wasn't possible as the order was well on its way - this wasn't backed up by the tracking information. Product seems ok but only order if you are prepared to wait. I'm sure there is equally good or better in the UK !

I ordered 2 cooling mats on 11 July. On 25th I received a message to say that the order had been delivered it hadn't. I was at home at the time & have cameras. I have messaged customer support several times which wasn't acknowledged or responded to. Looking at the reviews now I see that this is a scam & that i will either eventually receive sub standard rubbish from China or nothing at all. I'm posting this to warn others & will always look at reviews now instead of being taken in by glossy ads on Facebook. Like many I was just trying to do the best for my pet in the heatwave & people with a total lack of humanity take advantage. Be warned.

Wish I’d looked here before buying !!! My experience mirrors many on here ….i had an email to say it had been delivered when it wasn’t , then it Took a long time to actually be delivered and does nothing , I have stood on it to feel coolness and it feels cool ( not artic cold !) for a few seconds only !! Have 2 , what a waste of money …. My dog has never chewed anything before but I caught him LAYING NEXT to the mat chewing it yesterday so must taste good 😳. Don’t waste your money , time or expectations

I ordered some cooling mats and then tried to cancel the order due to the pet no longer being with us. Email from company saying my order had not been dispatched, processing leading me to believe they could cancel it. They asked for a reason which I explained. I then got an email saying dispatched, I then got an email saying delivered (it took another 3 days to actually turn up) during this time I emailed about cancellation and the company said that once I had received my order to contact them and they will look at facilitating a return. Again they also asked why (even though it was clear in the email chain why I wanted to return the item). I explained why. Since then they have not responded to emails or contact via their website. Normally I check trust pilot but was in a rush to obtain this item urgently for the animal. Delivery took over 3 weeks! The whole thing is a nightmare, a very expensive nightmare.

Shipping time was about a month. When it came the size was much smaller than pictured on the advertisement. I ordered large which is supposed to accommodate a golden retriever with space. My dog is smaller than a golden retriever and this mat is too small for him. I put it on his bed and when he tried to lie on it, it just crumpled up underneath him.

I made an assumption that delivery would be quick like a couple days, when actually it does state 14 buisness days and I emailed and received a reply reassuring me on its way… it arrived then earlier than I then expected. The mats are very cool to touch …, nice quality, and quite spooky technology I guess as surface next to it warm and mat still cool. My black labrador laid straight on it and is happy which is what matters. Going to use them on holiday in the motorhome as perfect for keeping him cool. So happy and positive about purchase thank you.

Never worth the money, not a quality product you would expect for the money and sizing is way off! Feel like I’ve wasted £57

Ordered 11th July, now 28th July, still in transit. From all the reviews so far wish we had known Amazon sold them , we would have it by now or been able to cancel Also reviews not on their website the reviews are poor 2.4 on Amazon.

I received the cooling mats with the hope that my dogs would be more comfortable in the excessive heat we have been experiencing. They wanted nothing to do with them and even pawed them out of their way when I placed them where they like to lay. The website says in order to return the product it must be unused and in original packaging. However the website also states satisfaction guaranteed. My emails to their customer support have not been acknowledged.

Dreadful service and I wish I had read the true reviews before ordering.
Ordered early July, no cooling mats to date.
Communication just says in the courier … I did ask a week ago if they were based in China and todate have received no further communication.

This is a scam. The cooling mats are not cooled in any way and our dog refused to use one choosing the floor instead.
Delivery took about 3 weeks.
When we attempted to return the items their agents attempted to fob us off firstly with a 30% then a 50% refund. The “money-back” guarantee is clearly fictional.
If only we’d checked here first.
We are pursuing the company via our bank.

This 'company' is definitely a SCAM. AVOID.

Needless to say we have not seen any mats.
This 'company' needs to be closed down to prevent any one else being scammed!
