Bought the Arctic Cooling Mat from Thedoghubco @ 2 for £62 and I wish I’d read reviews before wasting all that money! Total rubbish! I’n so disappointed as I need a good cooling mat!

Ordering process was easy. I felt delivery was slower than I thought it would be, but the packaging was excellent. My dogs like the mats and use them often. I was surprised that they still prefer the tile and wood floorings. Wish there was more color choices.

The cooling mats are as described and my dog enjoys laying on one of them frequently.
The only issue I had was that the delivery was rather slow

The more of these cool mats I have around the house in this hot weather the better. They don't stay cooling for long - maybe 20mins or so- but long enough to cool the dog down , and he can always move on to another one if he wishes!

Honestly they need to start allowing us to give zero stars. Steer well clear of this company. Order was delivered by EVRI but not to my address and DogHub customer services just refused to refund me. Told me to take it up with EVRI which as we all know is akin to spitting in the wind. Can't even offer an opinion on their products because I never got them.

I purchased dog cooling mats and paid £54.90 for two cooling mats under the “2 for 1” offer. The quality of the mats I received does not justify that price.The mats are very flimsy and insubstantial, Since my purchase I have found similar cooling mats in my local supermarket for around one tenth of the price.
For £54.90 I expected a great quality product but the quality simply does not justify the price.
Support at the Dog Hub Co was slow to respond to my query and only gave a generic response not actually answering my query.

Ordered the Arctic Cooling mat on buy one get one free deal. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but my dog loves it, tried others but this is the best one. Ordered XXL for a Labrador and its larger than him, so perfect!
Only one arrived so I emailed the company and got an immediate response apologising and promising another one will be dispatched.
Can't fault the company and communication. Have to expect a delay when shipped from China so no complaints from me!

As so many have said this took ages to arrive, over 2 weeks & the timescale was not made clear at the time if ordering.
It said buy one got one free, I paid £54 for 2 large, expecting to receive 4 mats but no, just 2 flimsy synthetic mats arrived. Feel like they saw me coming..

Paid £62 for 2 XL cooling mats and waited over 2 weeks for delivery. On arrival the mats were not made from the “premium cooling silk” promised but cheap synthetic quilted fabric worth pennies, were smaller than advertised and completely useless for the intended purpose. Requested a refund (under the 30 day money back guarantee) only to be given the same run around as others have clearly had with escalating refund offers of 30/50/70%. Obviously practised at persuading customers to accept their final offer, they point out that the mats have come from overseas (Chinese rubbish I suspect) and return costs for the customer will be high. I eventually received my 70% refund but would urge others to avoid this company at all costs - they are a SCAM!!!

I waited weeks for these cooling mats to arrive. £108.00 spent and a waste of money. These are cheaply made, really very thin. Our dogs won't go near them.
I contacted tge company several times asking were my order was, to be told once it leaves their premises,they can ot tell me. I just have to wait until I receive it.
I contacted them again, to say I was unhappy with these mats. To be informed it would cost me more to return them, than I paid for them. Obviously another scam. So be aware before anyone else falls for the lies. I wish I had read the reviews before I had ordered them. So hopefully I can help stop others for falling into the same trap.

Cooling mats were ordered from this company. I thought I was careful. I asked if they were a British company. They assured me they were, so I ordered them. I was then told 10 working days for delivery. That’s when I knew I’d been taken in and they were Chinese. I complained. They again reassured me they were a British company but they ‘sometimes’ had to use their international deliveries.
The mats eventually arrived, and while they are definitely cooler than the floor, they are very thin, and ruck up as soon as the dog steps on or off. They are definitely not worth the £76 I paid, and I notice they are now selling them for £38. Having seen them, I wouldn’t pay that either.

Wanted a FULL refund but they would not let me return items for a refund... They offered a 30% refund, I refused and they upt it to 50%, still refused and they offered a 70% refund and keep the items, this was there final offer.... THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.... Is still cost me £23 for total crap - stay well clear of this ruthless useless company - do not buy there crap!

What a scam! £46 for buy one get one free (individually £23 so strange maths). Well three weeks later and only one turns up and it is tiny and flimsy. Probably worth about £2 from a budget shop. And it doesn’t work. Put my head on it - it was cool for about 5 seconds. Might as well have put a tea towel on the floor.

Asked for a refund. Was offered 30% then 70% (gives you an idea of the mark up on these pointless rags). We dug our heels in and finally got a full refund.

Please do not buy and find alternative ways to cool the most important member of your house!

I bought the cooling mat annd anfter waiting a long time, it arrived, it is a very shoddy , cheap material mat, very thin. I emailed them and as the website said 30 day returns for a full refund , I asked for this. First of all they offered me 30%, I declined that as it had said full return. I then got offered 50%, I also declined that on the same grounds. I have just received an email with a full and final refund of 70%!! Part of the email they sent below:-

However, as the products are shipped from our offshore warehouse, arranging a return can be quite costly and inconvenient. For this reason, we strongly recommend proceeding with the 70% refund, which we’re offering as a final and best resolution so you don’t need to go through the return process at all.
I have refused that offer
This is a DISHONEST COMPANY, Do not be taken in by their 100 % refund offer IT MEANS NOTHING. They need investigating

I ordered on 10th July and received on 27th July. Lots of emails saying it's on its way but giving false hope, especially now that the worst of the heatwave seems to have passed.
The mat itself is smaller than advertised, thin and flimsy. I can see little evidence of any cooling properties beyond the polyester type material.
A scam sale. I'd advise to leave the Dog Hub well alone.

What a rip off. First of all it took ages for the cooling mat to arrive, However I received emails from almost every day advising me of the status. After about 3 weeks I received an email telling me the item has arrived. I hasn't. I asked the neighbour and searched everywhere for it until I checked the tracking and it stated that the item is still with the courier. Finally the item was delivered and what a disappointment. I thought the cooling mats look like cleaning cloths. My dog didn't want to sit or lay on them at all. Wasted money for a rubbish item. Please don't buy.

What a con! At the start of our second heatwave I ordered a large cooling mat for my dogs under the impression that The Dog Hub Co was London based. Good value at £54 I thought with a second mat included ‘for free’ What transpired was the order being fulfilled from - you guessed it- China. When the mats arrived three weeks later they proved to be squares of satin fabric with no obvious cooling qualities at all - in fact even in +30 degree heat my dogs avoid them preferring to lie on our kitchen tiles! Please take note and avoid this company.

I also tried to initiate a return.
First They offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund, then a 70% refund.
Lasty I would have to pay to return it to China. So much for a money back satisfaction guarantee. The mats are thin and flimsy.
I would strongly suggest purchasing from a legitimate company.
