The cooling mats are wonderful. My dog loves them.

Ordering and delivery went smoothly and quickly. The cooling mats are great. I received a Medium Cooling Bandana and I needed a large, I am now waiting for the delivery of the large Cooling Bandana. Thank you Dog Hub!

Our spaniel has been appreciating the blue cooling dog mat during the intense heat recently. So it did 'exactly what it said on the tin' so thank you.

I am trying to return the dog mats to The Dog Hub Co but instead I have been offered a refund of 70%. Seems The Dog Hub Co does not want their substandard mats returned.
Do not be fooled by this company and its cooling mats.

Product as described and very good.Did not like lack of info on delivery date when ordering but customer service very good.

Tracking and shipping was longer then expected.

I live in the UK and I recieved two mats XL which arrived on time about two weeks ago. I was kept informed of where they were at all times by the tracking system. Our dog and cats love the mats and lay on them even when the weather is not so hot!

I purchased the wrong size and they are sending me the size I need free of charge

a little disappointed in the product, seemed to take a long time to get to me, when i checked the status of the order and it always read out for delivery which was the the case. other than that the product seems fine.

The service was pretty good from start to finish. My biggest issue is the price!
Read the reviews all were wow however you can’t leave a review on the website?!

So few months back got a cooling mat from temu . Think I paid about a fiver .
I can’t see any difference from the temu cooling mat and this one ..
maybe the dearer one better quality, time will tell !

Actually made 2 orders. The first order may have gotten lost in the shuffle as it took longer than expected to arrive after it shipped. But the second order arrived quickly. Both orders were as advertised. The first order went to Florida and the dogs love their new mats! The second order came to me for my English Bulldog puppy and he lays on it a lot. The shipping delay without communication is the only reason for less than 5 stars, otherwise very happy with results!

Fast delivery. Great product

My dog was starting to lay on the pad, but unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge in less than a week. I knew she was close, so I am passing the pad to a friend who has 3 pups.

I ordered one XL cooling mat on a promotion when they were offering two for the price of one. After a lengthy delivery time they only sent one mat. I emailed them and after a further chase email they eventually responded trying to say I ordered incorrectly. I responded again proving I had ordered correctly and have not had any response so far.

Excellent product and amazingly fast delivery time. Our Yorkies love the cooling pads and use them without hesitation.
Bargain price and very fast delivery time.

It helps cool off my dog a lot. special that all summers get hotter and hotter. Service and delivery was fast.

My dog, Precious is a white Pomeranian and she is in total love of this cooling mat. Here in Missouri we have been experiencing several 100 degree days.
