I really enjoy all the crystals I buy from the crystal company. Always so pretty.
I enjoy the live chat as really human and authentic and easy to navigate. The background tunes are alway awesome too.
Alex gets stuck right in and doesn’t hang around which means the live is easy to watch on your phone as it doesn’t go on forever.
The quality of the crystals is always good, customer service is excellent and I love the packaging with the incense stick and biodegradable peanuts.
I’m sure I will continue to purchase for years to come.

I used Pretavoir to order prescription glasses and frames for the first time.
Lenses were excellent (better than specsavers), but I really didn’t like the frames. They had details on them that weren’t clear from the photos or description online.
Everyone at this company went out of their way to help, suggesting solutions or refunds. Each person was amazing.
Outcome was I decided to keep the frames and coloured in the bits I didn’t like!
I will use this company again for prescriptions and sunglasses.
Can’t fault the service.

Order process was fine. Order 5 items, needed to return 2.
Sent in same parcel, only 1 was refunded. I had to spend so much time on chat to be told to wait longer and then again when I complained I got a ‘due to the inconvenience we’ll refund you’. You mean you’ll pay me back what you owe me! But I have to wait a further 2 weeks to get it.
Terrible customer service, sort it out Zara!

I was initially really disappointed to have the candle making course cancelled several times. And to see extra courses being made available and not contacted about them.
There was a lot of correspondence over a period of time.
The owner did reach out personally, which was appreciated to explain some limitations on such a small business.
She sent out a selection of candles as consolation, which was kind of her.
The quality of the candles is excellent, and the personal note that came with them was lovely.
I’ve burned a couple of the candles during my working day and they leave a lovely subtle scent that lingers and the candles burn well.
Still disappointed I didn’t get to make candles the way I had envisioned, but there’s no denying the products are great.

The advice and support from the clinical team has been excellent. I was with Asda previously and they were awful. This team were quick to respond, friendly in their approach, asked me questions and didn’t tell me to just read the leaflet. Dispatch is always super quick. Really like cloud pharmacy.

Unfortunately I was missing an item when my order was delivered. Then whilst away, the screw top of the gold star disappeared, the. unfortunately the silver star dropped off too. I had emailed customer service but had initially got missed.
I was impressed that Natasha took the time to contact me directly and sent the missing order along with replacements for the ones that got lost.
She was apologetic, friendly and really helpful.
Looking at other hoop earrings I can purchase from here, as I really like them.

Person who came to fit new tyres was friendly, knowledgable and even looked at my other tyres.
Wore a mask the whole time.
Quick and thorough fitting.
Will be using again

Bought the towels in 2 different colours, they are so soft, wash really well and I think great value for money! Will definitely buy from Dusk again
