I order one herman miller aeron classic and the chair arrived right on time (within 5 days) and as good as new. I noticed a very slight cosmetic defect under on of the armrest which though in no way impact the durability of the chair as it was just a pastic covering that you see underside of the armrest however the wonderful customer aupport team sent me a new armrest free of cost, so hats off to their after sales service as well.

I recently made an order where I received a free manifesting dreams diary! I loved the diary so much I ordered another one. The owners were away and my order was delayed so they personally emailed me to let me know and then when I did receive it they wrote a little message on the box. I love this company and their products and especially their customer service!! Highly recommend

This was my first time using The
Crystal Company. I don’t normally buy my crystals on line, as I like to “feel” their energy, but I will definitely use them again. I don’t normally leave reviews either, but feel compelled to do so.
The Crystal Company website is very easy to navigate and informative. The photos are also very nice and you see the exact crystal you will be purchasing. I bought these items in their January sale, so I figured if they didn’t “feel right” I hadn’t lost too much.
Communication from them was very good, as well as the dispatch time.
From the moment you receive your box you can tell that you’re opening a special parcel that radiates gorgeous energy. Their packaging is quality and lovely to open (nerdy I know). The addition of a complimentary incense stick stimulates the senses as you open your parcel and the surprise addition of a little piece of black tourmaline (to protect your crystals on their journey to you) was such a charming addition.
All of these special touches add to your buying experience so there is really nothing not to like.
