Shipment was fast and affordable
Shipment was fast and affordable. The only issue is that I didn’t get everything I ordered. My shipment was for two bandanas but only one arrived. I tried to use the website to contact customer service but it didn’t seem to work. At the end of the day it was just a silly bandana so i didn’t take it any further but thought I would document the experience anyway as I would definitely still buy from Cream again.

Excellent customer service
One of my items was out of stock but they called me to apologise and explained the error. The rest of my order arrived next day and was perfect. Will definitely consider this store for future purchases.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! The website was having a few issues processing orders. I contacted the team through their WhatsApp chat and they began looking into the issue.
As I was concerned the Pokémon mystery blind bags would sell out they put one aside. Then with regular updates both via WhatsApp as well as by phone, I was able to make the purchase with no further concerns.
Just a shame the item was limited to one per person! 😆

The service and delivery were first class. The box it came in was too big and was battered when it arrived (probably the courier). Shoes were unharmed though. Love the trainers.
