Fel på faktura.Jag gjorde en beställning på olika…

Jag gjorde en beställning på olika plagg,där en kjol var slutsåld,men ändå fanns med på fakturan! Jag ringde kundtjänst som sa att hon skulle ordna detta,men det hände inget. Skickade 2 sms om händelsen och inte ens ett svar på dom! Urdåligt!! Ska aldrig handla av cream clothing igen

Jag kontaktade CREAM CLOTHING…

Jag kontaktade CREAM CLOTHING receptionisten kunde inte svara på mina frågor hon hänvisade till att det är ekonomiavdelningen som kan "sådant där". Jag bad att få bli kopplad till ekonomiavdelningen, men oj..dom har inga telefoner där..hahaha..och receptionisten säger att hon kan lämna ett meddelande när hon har tid..
Jag ringde upp igen, då jag ännu inte fått något samtal från ekonomiavdelningen...men då säger, samma receptionist att hon har inte en chans att gå ifrån sin stol och att ekonomiavdelningen är i en annan byggnad...hahahaha.
CREAM CLOTHING KOMMUNICERAR INTE INOM FÖRETAGET OCH ANSER INTE ATT KUNDSERVICE ÄR VIKTIGT.

Personen som sitter i vår reception har inte tillgång till kundärenden och är inte rätt kontaktväg för att få svar på frågor kring order eller ekonomi.
Vi rekommenderar alltid att man kontaktar vår kundservice direkt, då det är de som hanterar ärenden och som kan hänvisa vidare till rätt avdelning vid behov.

Vi tar din feedback på stort allvar och ser gärna att du skickar ett mejl till (cs-se@cream-clothing.com) med ditt ärende, så ser vi till att det kommer fram till rätt person för vidare hantering.

Horrible quality of items and horrible…

Horrible quality of items and horrible customer service. Bought a blouse that started literally falling apart at the neckline (it is a sheer tule like fabric) after two wears. Made multiple close up photos of multiple places where the fabric literally becomes separate threads and falls apart from the touch. Sent that to customer service. Got a standard computer generated message back that I am supposed to fill out forms and package the item and return it for inspection, that will take at least 10 days, and the IF they confirm that the item is not of good quality, then may be I will get my money back, which will also take a while. Sorry, but you can literally see on the photos I sent that the fabric is falling apart. I am not making things up and I really wanted to like the item. So now I have a double dissapointment of not only having a very bad quality item, but now I have to take all these steps to PROVE to them that their item is of horrible quality. And then may be if I wait long enough I will get my money back. Sorry but the pictures were very clear, the item is unmistakable, because it has a very specific pattern, and the way the fabric falls apart is not something I can cause or make up. So I don’t recommend this company at all. Not only are the items of atrocious quality. I literally have never seen fabric fall apart like that. But the customer service makes you jump through hoops to get your money back and makes it seem like you are trying to trick them by claiming the quality is bad. Spend your money somewhere else.
