We have not had a test yet but when we had to cancel our appointment with you due to flight cancelled, you made us another appointment without us loosing our deposit. This was a great Jesture as other companies are charging if you have to cancel.

I had booked a PCR test, unfortunately my flight was cancelled. The Chemist was very reassuring and have let me carry my deposit over to next test, if I ever get to Chile.Thank you.

I would highly recommend the service provided. The PCR test was required on a Sunday and was easily booked with a deposit of £25 per person paid. Unfortunately the appointment was cancelled due to flying restrictions from the UK but if things changed the deposit although not refundable could be used again for up to a month. The cost of a lab test was £160 which I considered competitive. I would have no hesitation to rebook if the need arises in the future.

Excellent service put at ease straight away,my gag reflex not good but didn’t feel a thing.Originally tried booking with boots but to much hassle.Totally recommend these guys

We booked appointments about three weeks in advance. This was followed up by text and email reminders. Our tests at 10am were carried out in a pleasant, professional and reassuring manner. The negative results came through between 10pm and 10.30pm that same day. Perfect!

Very accomodating and very helpful from booking the appointment to receiving the PCR test certificate.

Communication was excellent. Any questions that I had were answered really quickly.
We had the pcr test Friday evening and received the results on Saturday evening.
Muhammad was lovely and put us both at ease. Would highly recommend

Couldnt of asked for a better service, professional and friendly, highly reccomended

Very efficient young men, made the uncomfortable experience as easy as possible. Results were received in time. The parking is poor around the offices is poor, as I suggest that they advise clients on the best places to park when bookings are made.

Smooth and clean testing facility with nothing to worry about. Brand new and amazing workers!

Very helpful and professional in uncertain times

I required a PCR Test urgently and could not find anyone in Edinburgh where I live, who could guarantee a 24 hour turnaround. I did not want to administer the test myself since I could not guarantee a self test would work.

This company was efficient, helpful and informative. I drove from Edinburgh to Manchester, en route to France. Their offices are just 10 minutes off the motorway which is very convenient. The test was conducted by a qualified pharmacist which is reassuring.

24 hours after I received the test results and certificate by e mail. I was then able to travel to France.

I would recommend this company without qualification

This was quick and professional doné, we will trust them again, and recommend them brilliant and thanks.

They were very kind and helpful all done in five minutes we attended at 8am with the results coming in via email at 7.30pm that same day.

Extremely efficient service. We paid to get the test the same day. The gentleman was so patient with my 10yr old who was very anxious.
Would highly recommend 👍🏻
