Rapid service. Very efficient. Good delivery

Called and requested prescription, got a link to pay, got it the next day. Awesome! Especially for me as I always leave it until the last minute!!

I recently had a bit of a stressful situation with my medication delivery, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Jamie and Olivia for going above and beyond to help me.

My medication was dispatched on a Friday, and a delivery was attempted on Saturday, but unfortunately, I wasn't home, and it was returned. With a public holiday coming up shortly, I was worried I wouldn't receive it in time. I was due to start my medication on Wednesday and was running out of options.

I called on Tuesday, not expecting much, and that's when Jamie stepped in. He was absolutely wonderful. Despite the tight window, he somehow managed to arrange for me to receive my medication on time. His attitude throughout made all the difference. He was calm, kind, patient, and super helpful, with no arrogance or indifference, just someone who truly cared about helping me through a stressful situation. I cannot thank him enough.

I'd also like to give a special mention to Olivia, who assisted me via email and was equally brilliant. Her support meant a lot and made the whole experience so much smoother.

CloudRx is lucky to have people like Jamie and Olivia on their team. I will absolutely continue using this service. Thank you both!

Got through to a human being straight away. Very professional, efficent and friendly and explained everything clearly. Excellent standard of customer service. My only issue was having paid for next day delivery before 12pm, my prescription didn't arrive until 1.57pm so not sure if that was CloudRX's fault or DPS's.

CloudRx are so quick and easy to use.

When I phoned to enquire about my prescription the person on the phone was polite and helpful. He quickly arranged for a payment email to be sent to me which meant I could arrange for next day delivery! Goods arrived on time the next day, excellent service.

Just the worst so called ‘pharmacy’, more like run from a small room, by one person. Extortionate fraudulent delivery costs advertised that fall way below expectation. Shocking non-existent customer service with a strong wiff of entitlement. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you need a professional to deliver your urgent medication. This is definitely not the place for you.

Ordering and payment is very easy , I normally send a request by email and the product is sent the same day after they have sent a payment link which is immediate after the initial request
