Please contact us with the relevant order numbers and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging so we can properly investigate both the packaging used and how the parcels have been handled in transit. If any products themselves have arrived damaged, we will of course put this right for you.

I know we should support our high street chemists but, like buying from Amazon, at the end of the day, it's the pounds (yes, pounds) left in the pocket that count.
