Go to a proper broker or directly to the insurance company. Got quote directly 40% off.

They are sending emails destined to the spam folder that they can rip you off.

Don't even try them. 0 stars if possible

Agent was great, she dealt with my request to have a named driver put on my policy, quickly, efficiently and was very mannerly.

Fantastic breakdown service, quick and efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable mechanic got me home. Highly recommend the AA Roadside Assistance service.

On 20 April, a sum of €34.74 was debited from my account, even though I had given my consent and did not have any active insurance policies. When I sent an email to customerservicetheaa.ie, they said they would look into it, but they did not even have the courtesy to reply to any of the emails I sent subsequently. Should I ever need an insurance company in the future, it certainly won’t be AA.

Many thanks to Cormac for attending to my tyre. He was punctual, highly professional, and clearly very skilled in repairing the puncture. He also offered excellent advice on where to find a competitively priced replacement tyre . Many thanks to everyone in the AA for coming to my rescue . AA Roadside and Home Rescue is worth every penny .

Easy to contact the AA Rescue Service and good response. The AA officer who attended was very courteous, helpful and friendly and diagnosed the fault and promptly rectified it .

Although the wait was 2 hour’s on a very busy motorway with cars not even trying to slow down or move to a safer lane, we were delighted to see the AA van and were back on the road in twenty minutes. Well done AA

From my initial call to say my car would not start the response was Professional, reassuring and helpful.
Explained exactly what would happen.
The Gentleman who came to help contacted me and arrived within the time he quoted.
He solved the problem promptly and gave advice for the future.
Have had cover through other Agencies, this experience has been the best so far.

Took me a week to get through to customer service to permanently change over my vehicle, then charged €96 for the privilege with €55 on admin ...... and I had to print out my own disc.
Initially paid €650 a few weeks ago for fully comprehensive and AA membership.
Never again .....
