Very easy to fill in the online form and a very competitive quote. I had been with my previous insurance for 6 years whilst never having a claim against me, they more than doubled my premiums. The AA insurance gave me a quote which was approximately what I had been paying, also they followed up making sure everything I required was insured. I would definitely recommend them.

I sent proof of NCD as requested 10 days ago or so which AA acknowledged receipt of by a no reply email but have just received a further request threatening cancellation of the policy. Trying to get through to a human now and on hold for nearly 20 minutes. First impressions having never insured with the AA before are not at all good. Found out whilst on hold listening to their incessant messages that the AA aren't even the insurer rather they are lending their name and reputation to just A N Other insurance company and who knows what their service and claims experience looks like.

Easy to get a quote for house insurance, the price was very competitive, very easy to set up.

Typical insurance firm - try avoid paying out whenever needing to make a claim.

Tried to make a claim on my home insurance regarding issue with my drainage and kept telling me over the phone different wording to the policy wording that was on my account when logging in. They'll do whatever they can to avoid raising a claim.

Their representative on one day tells me its covered and the next day, another person says its not covered and I have to send him a copy of my policy wording (a document produced by them).

Poor customer service from the Home Claims team including Ben.
