I found AA insurance via a comparison site. The website was easy to use and AA offered a good price by comparison with my renewal proposal. The insurance has yet to start, but no issues so far.

Constant price changes and lack of loyalty across board. The whole insurance market is a scam.
Price variations up to £120.00 between comparison sites and directly with them.

Overall very pleased with the deal and service
We had a leaflet offering much cheaper AA breakdown cover when bought with car insurance. The website was easy to get quotes for both cars but I had questions so called on the phone. The guy I spoke to was really helpful, checked various options and found the best deal available. The breakdown cover was added into the total and saved a considerable amount over normal AA membership - but we are aware that the cover is restricted to one call out per car per year. Overall very pleased.
