I have had to call the AA once since I have had my membership and they were brilliant - and I felt very supported and the issue was resolved enough to get me home, with the AA following behind just to make sure there were no further issues until I was home.

The rising cost however is why I haven't given 5* when I first started my membership I was on a new members discount, and it has gone up 3 times with the latest at £21 and they doesn't include start at home. I will have to review my membership renewal as I WFH and barely use my car - but that's the point isn't peace of mind for when you do need it! But as for loyalty that isn't rewarded so I will likely revert to my previous nation provider next time.

It was so easy to complete the online forms and I was so surprised at the really great price I got compared to where I've been the past few years. Well done, AA !!

After having trouble trying to pay for my chosen car insurance policy online I phone the customer service line. The gentleman was very helpful and I managed to complete purchase with him. He was very polite and professional and I would highly recommend AA insurance

Annoying enclosures which you have to imput a password to view. Why?

Can not access documents as require password for pdf documents. This is nuisance

The platinum cover seems very good, but as they say the proof is not in the cooking but in the eating...
