It was quick and easy to take the insurance out

Straight forward process no messing no time wasting . You don’t have hundreds of questions to fill in like other insurers would recommend to everyone .

We chose AA through Confused dot com but spoke to the AA lady at the call centre because the AA website wouldn't let us do it online.
She was extremely thorough and it turned out there were items we hadn't filled in from the website.
She also went through the personal possessions with us and explained it fully
Ok so we had to wait 30 minutes to get though, but the time she spent going through the policy said that was the reason.

Getting good insurance is a complete nightmare, the variety of quote price is priceless! The AA quotes were very reasonable and had a three tier cover offered! I chose the Platinum for the best option for me! AA was a name I knew was a big reason for my choice!

I recently moved my Home Insurance to AA and so far so good.

The policy terms are excellent and the premiums are much cheaper, than those being offered by my previous insurer.

The customer service has been good, as I made a small mistake in my original application and called to update my file. The member of staff was very helpful in terms of making the changes to the policy and there was no impact to my premiums.

It is very early days but im very pleased.

They were over £200 cheaper than my current policy. The cover for contents was much better. The person I dealt with was efficient and had a good sense of humour.

Although luckily I did go back and check everything that had been auto filled when I went through money supermarket as it hadn't taken into account some info I had changed on the MS website.
So all I'd say is to double check. It auto filled about 4 pages but it wasn't clear that this had happened - it's only because I knew I hadn't seen some info that I realised there were several auto filled pages. I had to specifically find all the pages and edit what I needed to.

I'm currently with the AA with my car insurance but tried today to sign my wife up and was totally confused.

Did a comparison quote so protected no claims and courtesy car and had a great price but once directed everything was extra??? We really don't understand
