The initial application process was very made via the AA website and this was followed up by a phone call and the advisor was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I cannot think of reason why I should not award the service anything less than five stars.

I tried to arrange car cover on line but this was a nightmare! I gave up in frustration after one hour. I eventually got through by phone and that was plain sailing and hassle free.
