Very helpful agent. However, having got my quotes well in time for renewal, when I came to pay the site informed the quote had expired! My renewal date had not. This was not clear at the time of getting quotes and has never happened before and does not with other providers. I think this is a dishonest practice and leaves the customer with no option but to pay more. Please respond.

The person on live chat that didn't do what he said he was doing wasn't good the other person we spoke to on Sunday didn't help what so ever needed customer care training didn't help with issue at all I then phoned and spoke to someone in car insurance who delt with issue very good great customer service and very kind kept informing us what she was doing and just great

Your web site is very difficult and very unfriendly, so difficult to access ones documents and look at them in a hurry!

I have had Motor insurance with the AA since August 2025 I was expecting a renewal quote for the spoke to an operativeyears insurance eventually a hugely inflated quote arrived via email i accessed my on line account to cancel the automatic renewal bearing in mind that the majority of Car insurance quotes showed a reduction in premiums
this was not possible to carry out either on line or on the App I contacted by phone bearing in mind the insurance is managed via the App or On Line and expressed my displeasure at the vast increase in the upcoming premium only to be told that they could possibly improve on the quote i declined the offer After a few days had elapsed i checked my App to find
my details for Motor Insurance had vanished to be replaced by my banks cover for AA Recovery and roadside assistance which i had previously been told could not be offered on the App or my on line account
My on line details of Motor Insurance had also been removed i Had no access to my Insurance cover After a further phone call to ask for these facilities to be reinstated i was told that it was not possible This is an online/ App account and i feel this is not lawfull to remove access to this service while the insurance is still current I WOULD WARN ANY FUTURE CLIENTS OF THIS ACTION TAKEN BY AA INSURANCE SERVICES
