I brought the insurance as compared to others you offer more services, fore example, rodent cover and roof damage compared to some other insurance companies.
This is important to me! However, you were not the chepest by £80 it was still more competive for the cover you are offering from my renewal price with my ild comany.

Poor website but good cover
Your website did not recognise my registration which was new but every other site recognised it. Not being able to get any help on a Sunday was poor.
