The AA Insurance Recensioni 

Bought via Compare the Market. Original AA Gold quote was £372 with 12k annual miles. Reduced mileage to 10k to see if it reduced the price but still remained at £372. Therefore changed it back to 12k, logical thing to do. However the price then increased to £405 !!! Bit of a Con!!! Should have remained at £372.
In the end still went with AA with better Platinum cover but still I could not get the 12k annual mileage back, without having to pay a premium. So went with 10k mileage
Frustrating and deceptive !!
Also put same details into the AA’s site directly and the quote given was £602 !!!!??? I just don’t get it.

Overall a great experience very easy to use website
And doing what I needed to do

The cost was half of my previous insurer.
Using the website was easy and straightforward.
Hopefully I won't need to use the breakdown service even though it's included.

Only downside was time waiting on phone as a new car wouldn’t recognise new car registration so had to phone details ,but once through very helpfull service

I would not say the experience was "great". All I will say was that I was able to do what I wanted without any major problems. That is what you would expect of any business. The AA had the best insurance price of all the seven that I researched which is why I switched to them.

I was unable to complete my insurance online. The card validation process failed several times when communicating with my card provider for validation. I had to phone up in the end .

Time spent on phone waiting for an agent to speak to cost me nearly an hour elapsed before a rather nice lady finally came on line. in the beginning trying to deal with AI was more punishing. I felt let down by the AA not reminding to renew my policy, despite their records show they did - unfortunately I have no record. Thus treated as a new customer with the consequences a penalty was applied.
So, all in all not too impressed.
