The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use. Once I had chosen my policy, I was able to see clearly what the policy included as standard. To be honest, any policy is only as good as the claims process, hopefully never to be put to the test. All in all it was a good experience in chosing the AA as our insurer

I have not received an email with the…
I have not received an email with the policy details. I contacted the support desk and Amy sent a message to re-send the email. Still not received.
I suspect this was caused by my secure browser using NoScript.

Excellent service for a car insurance claim
I have had AA car insurance for a year and was hit by another driver just as it was coming to an end. The claims process has been as stress free as it's possible to be. The staff I have spoken to on the phone are genuinely helpful and not just following a script. Communication over the claim has been excellent, I was notified of the repair garage and car hire incredibly rapidly. The standard of repair by the garage was excellent and they were very professional. I was planning to change my insurer to one that gave a slightly lower quote but after my contact with the AA have decided to stay with them as I am more than happy to pay a little more for quality of service.
