We have been AA members for over 59 years. One of our vehicles is insured through the AA.

We have insured our home and contents with the AA for the first time. They were very competitive in price and we have faith in the AA as a company.

Generally good helpful as had bought and (still had 14 day cancellation)...niggle that if you buy aa car insurance and add breakdown cover to it..(recovery onward etc .top tier) smallish print allows only one claim per year..not unlimited callouts..this is noted in description..but not highlighted..it should be made very clear in my opinion..I cancelled the add on and arranged separate full cover which did cost bit more..read whats included very carefully.

Friendly customer service representative. Knowledgeable and informative. Took me through the whole process from start to finish assisting when necessary. Called AA car insurance, had to wait a while, but my call was answered by a very friendly and helpful person in customer service who was able to guide me through the process of setting up my new car insurance saving me money. Great experience and will recommend AA insurance to family and friends. Thank you

The price was good and I managed to complete things online I one go.

I was seeking insurance for my car and had a few quotes which were expensive. I came across the AA and since I had previously had home insurance with, I filled the relative forms which was straight forward.
The quote I received was the lowest by far. Since the AA is a respected institution I accepted the insurance. It has good cover as standard and more add ons if required, all at reasonable prices. Overall very happy I requested the quote from a respected company.
