Expanse with AA insurance was very very very easy and straight forward. Expecially towards the end with the silver gold and bronze package
Your price is very very reasonable well cheaper than many other companies

Reasonable price. Quote easy to understand. It was difficult to arrange insurance because it was a new car purchase so there was a delay due to the time needed for the registration to take place. I spent quite a lot of time 'speaking' to chat bots before an actual person. The first person told me I could do it on line - not possible since the vehicle was still in the registration process.

It might help if you pointed out out that it takes 24 hours from registering your account to be able to view your docs

Compared quite a few insurance companies for home insurance. My last insurance company had gone up quite a bit and that is without any claims. I have got everything covered for half the price without any hassle.

Took out Platinum car insurance which was on offer at the time which was good. Changed my car from a 2017 Modeo diesel to a 2026 Kia Sportage 8 months into the year. Did the change on-line which was OK but it said I was due a £7.12 REFUND!! I went onto Chat to see if this was correct but they would not look at it without me agreeing to a £25 fee. So I telephoned (five minues of pre recorded blurb before you even get to the queue). Eventually spoke to a person called Michael who said the revised quote was correct and the possible reasons why it was a refund. So beware of the charges the AA make unless you do everything on-line..

The team are really good.
But you need to be aware that if you already have cover with a bank for breakdown logging in for your insurance can be a nightmare.
I cant check my policy as all i get logging in is my banks breakdown cover
